This article takes the patients before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)as the research object,and discusses the medical services of HSCT patients from the perspective of social work and the concept of holistic health.HSCT is a medical treatment method that uses one's own or others' hematopoietic stem cells to replace the patient's own diseased cells,so that the patient can regain normal hematopoietic and immune functions.Aplastic anemia,clonal hematopoiesis,thalassemia,lymphoma,leukemia and other diseases can all be treated with HSCT.HSCT patients basically only receive medical treatment in the hospital.Most patients have not received social work services,and there is no systematic and continuous social work service involved in the professional service process of patients before,during and after transplantation.HSCT patients will experience physiological pain caused by pre-transplant disease,severe stress response,difficulty in finding hematopoietic stem cell matching,feelings of loneliness and helplessness in laminar flow purification cabin during transplantation,physiological pain caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and rejection after transplantation The torture of reactions and complications,the psychological adjustment of returning to social life;at the same time,the patient's family members will have the pressure of care and the mental pressure of sympathizing with the patient's disease pain;and the patient's fear of the disease and the effect of the treatment throughout the treatment of HSCT patients Problems and difficulties such as anxiety and financial pressure.Social work services can alleviate these problems and difficulties through professional,comprehensive,multi-angle,and multi-level interventions,and finally coordinated embedded in the hospital medical system to provide them with a more humanized medical environment.This study adopts the research methods of literature method,participatory observation,and case method.First,through interviews with medical staff of the department of hematology,HSCT patients and their families in a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou,we understand the situation of HSCT patients and discuss the development of social work services.The necessity and feasibility of such patients.Secondly,within one year of the author's internship,through the screening of social workers and medical staff,and the client's initiative to ask for help,social work services were directly carried out to 20 HSCT patients and their families.Research on the social work services of HSCT patients' medical services by means of regular meetings of hospitals,medical institutions(medical staff,hospital administrative workers,social workers),regular ward activities,and organization of patient groups.After the final evaluation,it was found that the patients in the service subjects had a more rational understanding of the treatment before transplantation,their fear and anxiety about the disease were alleviated,the information demand during the treatment was met to a certain extent,the sense of security increased,and the rejection and rejection were reduced after the treatment.Negative emotions caused by complications,more psychological preparations for returning to social life;continuous improvement in the care ability of the patient's family members,release of emotions,and relief of high-pressure spirit;the medical staff in the department and the patient's family are satisfied with the hospital Degree has also improved.Finally,through the experience gained in the service and the sorting of relevant information,combined with the hospital's hematology department and administrative work operation mode,the author explored the professional service strategy of social work intervention for HSCT patients,as well as the embedded social work and medical service mode to improve Social work service level promotes the health of such patients.
