Research On The Use Of Funding For High School Students' In Jiangcheng County

Student sponsorship is an integral part of school teaching.It is an important measure to promote education to be fair.Maintaining education equity is the basic education policy of the country.excluding a student from school due to family economic difficulties is the main purpose of student sponsorship.Since ancient times,fairness and efficiency have complemented each other.Fairness is the cornerstone of efficiency,and efficiency is the guarantee of fairness.With everyone's emphasis on compulsory education and higher education,there are relatively complete subsidy systems and advanced funding concepts in both compulsory education and higher education.Compared with student aid research in high school,it appears to be weak.At present,the concept of student funding is transitioning from protection-based funding to development-oriented funding.The protection-based funding emphasizes the protection of students' lives.Development-based funding emphasizes the development of students' abilities.This article takes Jiangcheng County senior high school students as the research object.It mainly explores a series of problems existing in the use of high school students in the use of funds.At present,the funding for the primary and middle school students of Jiangcheng City is mainly divided into three parts: “award,” “ assistance,” and “exclusion,” due to high school The imperfections in the stage of education funding system,the lack of funding projects,and how to effectively allocate limited funding funds are issues that we need to explore.This paper studies the problems in the use of student financial aids based on the theory of human capital and cost sharing theory.Through the exploration of the problems existing in the use of funding for high school students in Jiangcheng County,it is found that the funding for high school students in Jiangcheng County is in use.There are a series of problems such as the prioritization of grants,the lack of precision of funding targets,the lack of integration of funded projects,the lack of clear funding for implementation conditions,and the lack of financial assistance other than financial aid.These problems summed up the financial support for high school students in Jiangcheng County.There is a problem in use.The reasons for these problems are summarized as related management techniques,methods,personnel are not in place,lack of coordination among school management personnel,insufficient emphasis,lack of updated funding concepts,and information asymmetry between schools and students.To solve the problems in the use of funding for high school students in Jiangcheng County,first,to promote the effective integration of funding projects;second,to clarify the conditions for the identification of funding targets;third,to strengthen communication with students,students Moral education;fourth,innovation of methods and techniques for financial management;fifth,changing funding concepts,enriching the connotation of student funding;and sixth,combining funding methods with student academic evaluation.
