The quality of police education and teaching must be improved along with the economic and social development.With the rise of Laos' s public security work,Laos has become “a country with political and social security” and police work cannot be separated from police education.Police education not only enables unemployed people to have a business,but also enables the security forces to grow stronger and stronger;to make the society peaceful;to enable all kinds of work to be carried out smoothly;to enable the people to perform normal activities;and to educate the police to prevent and solve social problems.The emphasis is on preventing and resolving bad phenomena in the society such as robbery and theft,house pilfering,drug trafficking,etc.;therefore,it also replaces the party administration to publicize the country's administrative work.The study of police education and teaching quality management is the actual requirement for the development of police education at present,and it is also adaptable to the development of economic construction in the new period of Laos.This article starts with analyzing and researching how to improve the teaching quality management of the Lao People's Police Academy.It introduces the relevant research on the quality management of higher education teaching at home and abroad,as well as related theories of teaching quality,teaching management,and teaching quality management.The concept of teaching arrangements,curriculum and course use,and curriculum development are addressed.Based on the actual development of the Lao People's Police Academy,the quality management of the PDCA model was used to construct the Lao People's Police College's teaching quality management,and the F-test and Scheff's Method measurement methods were used.Through questionnaires,empirical research was conducted and the data analysis method evaluates the quality of education and teaching.On the basis of empirical research,the paper adapts to the economic level of Laos and the requirements of public security development,and proposes an effective way to improve the teaching quality management of the Lao People's Police College,and strives to find a unique talent training path for the Lao People's Police College.It is hoped that this will provide a useful reference for the improvement of the education and teaching quality management of the Lao People's Police Academy,and it will contribute to the development of Lao's higher police education.
