Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of The International Development Of Private Universities In Wuhan

The establishment of private colleges and the internationalization of private colleges and universities are the product of the high development of the economy and society.With the rapid development of our country’s economy and society after the reform and opening up,the educational undertakings of private colleges and universities are also resuscitation,developing and expanding.At the twenty-fourth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People’s Congress held in November 7,2016,the decision on the revision of the Education Promotion Law of the people’s Republic of China was examined and passed.At this point,the legal system of private higher education in China has been the most remarkable adjustment since 2004,which marks a new historical stage in the reform and development of private higher education in China.As the heavy town of higher education in Wuhan,the development of private higher education is in full swing.In 2017,the alliance of private higher education in Hubei was established in Wuhan.A total of 41 private colleges and universities have become a member of the alliance.So it can be seen that the continuous growth and development of private colleges and universities in Wuhan is the trend of the times,gradually growing up as an important force for the development of higher education in Wuhan.At the same time,the unbalanced development in the development process of private colleges and universities and the low level of internationalization have become the realistic predicament in the development process of private colleges and universities in Wuhan,which need to be solved urgently.This article is divided into six parts.The first part,introduction,mainly introduces the realistic background,the research significance,the domestic and foreign related research status,the technical method and the overall content framework.The second part,the definition of the relevant concepts of the internationalization of private colleges and universities and the theoretical roots of the operational mechanism,including the meaning of private colleges and universities,the connotation of the internationalization of private colleges and universities and the specific content.The third part introduces the basic composition and development status of private colleges and universities in Wuhan,focusing on the current situation of international development,and further systematically analyses the existing problems and their causes.In the fourth part,we introduce the model of the internationalization of private colleges and universities at home and abroad,select the typical cases in the United States,Australia and the country,and analyze the advanced experiences and concrete practices for the international development of private colleges and universities in Wuhan.The fifth part,on the basis of the analysis of the third part of the problems and causes,is aimed at responding to the problem of how to eliminate the obstacles in the process of the internationalization of private colleges and universities in Wuhan,and to put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the internationalization of private colleges and universities in Wuhan.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect part of this paper,which mainly deals with the research context of this article,summarizes the research content of the research,summarizes the final research results of this study and the final solution to the specific problems.Finally,the research topic is not expected and expected based on the existing research.
