Since the new curriculum reform,"Generative teaching",has become synonymous with advanced teaching philosophy,as a high degree of open sports classroom also need to follow the "big trend" to introduce this advanced teaching concept and optimize the characteristics of the subject,the only way The traditional physical education classroom teaching methods of the loopholes can be made up,the physical education classroom too much emphasis on the shortcomings of the transfer of sports skills will be amended.However,in order to implement the biology teaching,it is necessary to improve the teaching ability of high school PE teachers.Therefore,this paper takes the high school PE teachers in Huangpi district of Wuhan as an example to carry out the students' To explore.First of all,by reading a large number of literature,and experts to discuss the way summed up the high school PE teacher's ability to generate teaching from the pre-class flexibility in the ability to pre-class cognitive ability and operational ability,after-school reflection ability of these basic And then the author through the questionnaire survey of Huangpi District 100 high school physical education teachers to generate the status of the teaching capacity of the survey,according to the questionnaire data analysis of high school PE teacher generating teaching ability of the inadequacies is:first,Second-class physical education teachers in the generation of teaching ability(adjustment,guidance,expression)is missing;the third is the lack of physical education in the classroom,High school physical education teacher after school reflection is not scientific,theoretical basis is weak,classroom reconstruction effect is poor.In the end,this paper puts forward four suggestions on the various problems of high school PE students 'generating teaching:first,strengthen the theoretical study to focus on cultivating teachers' concept and resource consciousness;secondly,to improve the teaching mode of static;third,Teaching flexibility and autonomy,and give teachers the greatest support;Fourth,the usual teaching and learning important to consciously improve their ability to adapt-that is,educational wit.
