In recent years,the physical health of young people has gradually declined,which has seriously affected the normal study and life of students.In the process of physical health test and normal classes,because of the student's physical factors,the school fainted frequently on the network,which has been highly valued by the party and the national government.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued a series of "about Canada" The relevant documents of the opinion on strengthening youth physical education and enhancing their physique require to strengthen the publicity of school physical education,and strive to create a working atmosphere conducive to quality education and physical education in schools,so that the youth students can fully realize the importance of physical exercise;at the same time,the implementation of the physical examination can promote the youth to strengthen physical exercise and strengthen the youth However,after the implementation of the physical education examination,influenced by the examination oriented education in China,a series of changes have taken place in school physical education teaching.Most schools fail to grasp the overall development of school physical education while implementing the physical education examination,which has a certain impact on physical education teaching.In this paper,488 students and 24 teachers from 8 junior middle schools in Yuzhong County,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province are investigated.Through questionnaire survey,interview with local education authorities,school leaders and physical education teachers,etc.,we have a detailed understanding of the actual development of physical education in Yuzhong County after the implementation of the physical education test.At the same time,guided by the implementation of the physical education test,we investigate the implementation of the physical education test After that,the students' interest in participating in physical exercises,the motivation to take physical education courses,the degree of attention to physical education courses,cognitive attitude,etc.,the teachers' setting of physical education teaching objectives,the selection of teaching content,the design of teaching methods,etc.through investigation and research,we can understand the current problems of physical education teaching in junior middle schools in Yuzhong County after the implementation of physical education examination,and put forward relevant solutions based on the actual situation The purpose of the measures is to better grasp the relationship between the school physical education teaching and the physical education examination after the implementation of the physical education examination,comprehensively promote the development of the school physical education teaching under the implementation of the physical education examination,and realize the win-win situation between the physical education examination and the school physical education teaching.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Since the implementation of the physical education examination in Yuzhong County,the competent department of education,teachers and students have a high degree of recognition,which is an effective measure to cultivate and develop students in an all-round way and enhance students' physique;the school physical education teaching has also been highly valued;however,there are still problems such as teachers and students who have no clear understanding of the purpose of the implementation of the physical education examination,and only pay attention to the success of students' physical education examination The achievement,but neglected the student own movement interest and the lifelong exercise consciousness cultivation.2.After the implementation of the physical education examination in Yuzhong County,most schools have introduced full-time physical education teachers,which can better guide students to participate in physical exercises and learn professional skills.However,some schools also have part-time physical education teachers,which are lack of professionalism in training students to participate in physical exercises and learn sports skills.At the same time,the school has increased investment in sports venues and equipment,and constantly improved learning School sports equipment provides a favorable guarantee for students to participate in physical exercise.3.From the teacher's point of view: after the implementation of the physical education examination in Yuzhong County,the teaching attitude of the physical education teachers has changed significantly,and they began to attach importance to the physical education class.The teaching status has also been improved,and the teaching workload has increased.At the same time,the physical education examination has a certain impact on the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and other aspects of the physical education teachers.Most schools are around the test items of the physical education examination However,there are some problems in setting the corresponding teaching objectives,such as single teaching content,old teaching methods and more repetitive exercises.4.From the student's point of view: after the implementation of the physical education examination in Yuzhong County,students' interest and consciousness in participating in physical exercises have been improved,and their attitude towards learning in class has also been changed.At the same time,they can also make full use of their extracurricular activities to participate in physical exercises.The implementation of the physical education examination has a certain impact on students who are not
