"Effective teaching" as a hot spot in curriculum research,from paying attention to the efficiency,quality and value of the classroom to paying attention to the all-round development of students,effective teaching can comprehensively improve the quality of teaching,promote students’ all-round growth,pay attention to students’ individual differences,start from the actual situation,strengthen students’ independent learning,and make students the protagonists of physical education.In 2020,the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era" was issued,and in this implementation,physical education should not only pursue physical health,but also pursue the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.The introduction of a series of policies has brought great challenges to physical education teachers,which requires the teaching ability of physical education teachers to constantly adapt to the development of the times and the requirements of the state and society for school physical education work.According to the research status of physical education teachers’ teaching ability at home and abroad,this paper defines the relevant concepts of ability,teaching ability,and physical education teacher teaching ability,and uses research methods such as literature method,expert interview,Delphi method,and questionnaire survey to comprehensively analyze the teaching ability of primary school physical education teachers in Tianjin,and on the basis of drawing on relevant research,construct the teaching ability index system of physical education teachers in Tianjin’s primary school from the perspective of effective teaching,and investigate the demographic variables such as gender,teaching age,and professional title of the survey group.Through statistical analysis of the actual teaching ability of physical education teachers in primary schools in Tianjin from the perspective of effective teaching,it is found that the current problems of teachers’ teaching ability are mainly manifested in:the teaching plan setting deviates from the learning situation;poor use of teaching methods;Insufficient creation of venue equipment and facilities;Lack of response to emergencies and corrective actions;The teaching ability of teachers under the influence of different demographic characteristics varies greatly.According to the current problems,the improvement path is proposed: accurately grasp the students’ learning situation,and improve the ability development of teachers’ teaching plans;Strengthen the awareness of benefits and promote the improvement of teachers’ ability to choose teaching methods;Pay attention to strengthening teachers’ teaching initiative and improving the ability to create venue equipment;Pay attention to educational practice and strengthen the cultivation of teachers’ teaching adaptability and error correction ability;Strengthen the standardization of the recruitment of physical education teachers and improve the demographic structure of teachers;Improve rules and regulations and assessment requirements,and increase the supervision of teachers;Expand school physical education activities to achieve multi-form development of abilities;Strengthening the construction of physical education teachers and improving the diversified growth of ability provide reference for the development of the teaching ability of physical education teachers in primary schools in Tianjin,and also provide a reference basis for the improvement of the teaching ability of physical education teachers in other regions. |
