| The physical health quality of primary and middle school students in our country has been declining continually since 21st century,so it has received enthusiastic response from schools all over the country as soon as the activity Exercise An Hour Every Day is put forward.Nanzhang County,which is located in the hilly area carries out activities combing with the local actual situation has also achieved certain results.Through the investigation,summary and induction,proposes measures and sugguestions to show its own opinion for this activity.To solve problems,I have made on-the-spot investigations and made the following conclusions:1.All of the middle schools carry out and the activities in a certain extent.Due to the inhibition of the thought treat PE as inferior to specialized courses,we've not all optimistic.A large part of the students exercise less than an hour a day,during the school.They aren't all optimistic in the meaning and purpose of this activities.2.They can reach the standard of the times in P.E.every week,and they can meet the requirements in basic physical education time,but there is one problem,that is,they have other classes instead of P.E.classes.Not all of the students can go to the P.E.class.They can't improve the traditional sports teaching methods,the students can only do some exercises by themselves.3.As concerns "Two kinds of Exercises",they choose to do exercises in the morning or during classes in every school in Nanzhang.Some schools don't do morning exercises due to the lack of the playground,and the contents are single kinds,the forms are boring.So "Two kinds of exercises" can keep about 20 to 30 minutes basically.4.As concerns extracurricular sports activities,most of the school,they have lack of exercise time.The school leading groups don't care these sports activities enough.They have lack of professional sports teachers.and of field equivalents seriously. |
