To actively promote the implementation of quality education, strengthen school sports and to promote the healthy development of students, the author of this paper formulates corresponding experimental interventions according to documents" Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of School Sports" and the spirit of2007approved the "central Ⅶ Files" published in the implementation of school sunshine sports and based on scientific training methods. With the full implementation of sunshine sports and deeply development of educational reform, many sports professor study the implementation of one hour per day exercise deeply and thoroughly, which not only greatly enlivens the academic thinking pattern, but also plays a great role in improving physical fitness of students practically.In this paper, the author uses a lot of methods including quote from literature, experiments, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate and study the implementation of sunshine sports programs among Tianjin Experimental High School students. The author combined school plans with her study, figuring out a micro-macro physical exercise program among Grade Two school girls, which will be applied to teaching practice. This paper aims to study the educational practice feasibility and effectiveness via doing experiments on the newly enacted "one hour per day" exercise program in the school. The study will have following effects:to develop suitable and personalized plans for grades of students and to inspire other grades with the same plan designing steps.
