With the development of science and technology,as well as the great progress made by human society,information technology capacity has gradually become a necessity in a person's social life.In senior high school,although information technology courses are designed to improve the students' information technology literacy,the effects are greatly limited due to the lack of information technology teaching resources and teaching model.As a new class model resource,micro-lecture meets the reading needs of modern people who prefer fragmented reading which is short and concise.According to the continuous practice of teachers in different subjects,the application of micro-courses in primary and secondary schools is remarkable.It is not the first attempts to apply micro-courses to high school information technology teaching,and there are lots of experiences and models can be followed.PAD(presentation-assimilation-discussion)teaching approach,which was originally applied to improve the learning efficiency in university psychological courses,is gradually accepted by primary and secondary school teachers in different subjects owing to its significant effect.Therefore,it is worthwhile to study micro-course,a new teaching resource combined with the application of PAD teaching approach in senior high school information technology class.The research method adopted in this paper are questionnaire survey,literature research,interview,experimental research and statistical analysis.By analysing the statistics according to the questionnaire investigation by two classes in Baiyin No.8 senior high school,we have a good knowledge about how much students have learned from the senior high school information technology class and based on the information above,we created a micro-course-Chapter 2,period 4 "algorithm and program design",which we think is suitable for students in this school.After that,by using experimental comparative study,the classroom effect of traditional classroom and micro-course is verified,and we come to the conclusion that the combination of micro-course and PAD teaching approach is significant for students to have a better and deeper understanding of the certain knowledge.The thesis is divided into six parts,which are as follows:Chapter 1 mainly introduces the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status,research contents and methods.Chapter 2 mainly illustrates the concepts and theoretical bases related to the research topic.Chapter 3 is the design and production of micro-courses for high school information technology course.We get to know how much students have learned form the information technology class by means of questionnaire survey before.After that,we get some suggestions form the teachers on information technology class teaching and teaching effects by interviewing,then we created a suitable micro-course for local students by considering all the factors above.At the same t:ime,a design model is presented in this chapter.Chapter 4 is teaching practice based on micro-courses with PAD teaching approach.This chapter mainly illustrates means and process of the application of micro-course in high school information technology classroom,including the illustration of the practice goal,the practice link elaboration,as well as the presentation of the practice preparation and the practice case.Chapter 5 is about the study on the teaching effect of micro-class.First according to the test scores before,we choose two teaching classes of the same study level as experimental group and control group.The experimental group is taught by using a micro-course with PAD teaching approach,while the control group is taught by using traditional classroom teaching methods.After 16 periods,we collect the test scores.Then statistical analysis of pretest scores and post-test scores was carried out to verify the conclusion of the experimental hypothesis that it really makes a difference by using the micro-courses with PAD teaching approach.Chapter 6 is the outlook of the research.In this chapter,the characteristics of the research are described and the deficiencies are prospected.
