| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "talent is the first resource" and called for "in-depth implementation of the strategy of strengthening China through talent".With the rapid development of higher education in China,private colleges and universities have gradually become an important part of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics and are also undertaking the mission of training builders and successors of socialism.Teachers are the core resources for the development of private colleges and universities.The sense of belonging of teachers directly affects the quality of personnel training in private colleges and universities.As a private university in the critical period of pilot evaluation,Z University can only improve the level of education and teaching of the school and realize the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people by making every effort to enhance the sense of belonging of its teachers and promote their enthusiasm and initiative to contribute to the school and society.By applying Z University’s strategy of enhancing teachers’ sense of belonging to similar private colleges and universities,it can promote the development of private education to a certain extent,provide strong talent support for social and economic development,and contribute the strength of private colleges and universities to realize the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talent.This paper takes the teachers’ sense of belonging in Z University as the research object,adopts the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and statistical analysis,takes Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and equity theory as the basic theory,and on the basis of in-depth understanding of the differences of demographic variables on the emotional,identity and spiritual belonging of teachers in Z University,combined with the actual situation of Z University,Through searching,sorting,analyzing and determining the scale,the questionnaire was designed,and different types of faculty members of Z University were selected for investigation.From the demographic variables such as gender,age,marital status,education,position,employment form,teaching years,salary level and other differences of factors system analysis,summed up the low social status identity,school internal management system is not sound,unreasonable salary treatment,teachers work pressure,lack of career planning and other factors affecting the low sense of belonging of teachers.Finally,the local government should strengthen the policy support for teachers in private colleges and universities,including improving the value cognition of private colleges and universities and their teachers,improving the introduction and training mechanism of teachers in private colleges and universities,improving the social security mechanism of teachers in private colleges and universities,etc.All sectors of society should create a good development environment for teachers in private colleges and universities;Universities should optimize the methods and mechanisms of teachers’ sense of belonging;The teachers themselves should improve the comprehensive quality suitable for the development of the school cause and put forward the strategy of enhancing the sense of belonging of teachers in Z university. |
