As an important type of specialized media,every change in the form of sports media will,to a large extent,leads to corresponding changes in its profit model.From a macroscopic point of view,every breakthrough in media technology will bring about changes in the form of media and bring about tremendous changes in the way information is disseminated.At present,the information revolution initiated by the Internet is developing in depth,which poses a great challenge to the survival of traditional media represented by newspapers,radio and television.We are standing at the"crossroads" of the development of the Internet and have to abandon the development model of traditional media and Internet media and reposition the business logic of Internet media.This article will use the medium theory as the research framework,using case studies and literature analysis methods to systematically explore the profit models of traditional sports media represented by newspapers and radio and television and new sports media represented by the Internet and mobile internet.The main content of the paper includes the following sections:The introduction and the first chapter define the related concepts.First,defines what is sports media,and give a general description of the dual attributes of the media industry and sports industry of sports media;Second,define the concept of medium theory,summarize the prescriptive features of medium theory,and the theoretical research path is explained.The second chapter explores the evolution of the media form of traditional mass media represented by sports newspapers,sports broadcasts,and sports television,and simply sorts out the profit patterns of traditional flat media and radio and television sports media.Chapters 3 and 4 summarize the analysis of the evolution of media forms of the media in the Internet age.This is also the main part of the thesis.A systematic study of the profit models of sports media in different media formats,such as sports information websites,sports video websites,sports APPs,and sports Wechat public platforms.The fifth chapter is on the basis of the above several parts,summarizes the relationship between the development rules of the sports media form and the profit model.In the conclusion part,the author summarizes the general laws of sports media operations,tries to make some prospects for the concept of future sports media operations,and explains the deficiencies in the study.
