| With the continuous development of China’s national economy and people’s growing demand for culture,E-sports has gradually bid farewell to the original social cognitive bias,and has become a booming sunrise industry in our society.E-sports club is in such a historical opportunity,through the event results to win the support of sponsors,has become the main source of its profits and working capital.However,E-sports Club ignores the diversified development trend of e-sports industry ecosystem,and the profit model of sponsorship only relying on event results is not sustainable,and the profitability is stagnant.Through the analysis of the current profit model of E-sports club,the key to its profitability lies in the single profit object,low commercialization of profit point and profit lever,and weak profit barrier.From the macro environment,in recent years,with the support of government policies,the ecosphere of e-sports industry has developed vigorously,and the scope of profit objects has expanded accordingly;the development of economic environment and cultural environment has promoted a large number of E-sports users and consumer groups,and the consumption field has also been innovating with the upgrading of technological environment.In this environment,the career life of professional E-sports players has also been extended,and the development plates of E-sports ecosystem also have their own development angles.Potential competitors in the e-sports industry have shifted their focus and investment points to other content areas outside the e-sports competition,and the continuous acceleration of the e-sports product update iteration speed has also brought challenges to its organizational structure Market competitors are also constantly seizing market resources,especially terminal consumer resources.These give E-sports club development enlightenment.Therefore,this paper suggests that E-sports club should improve its profit model on the basis of existing competitive advantages,so as to change the predicament of stagnant profitability and realize healthy and sustainable operation.We should improve the use scope of its commercial value,expand the profit objects,diversify the profit leverage,maintain the existing sponsorship type mode,increase the number of commercial endorsements,support professional players to participate in commercial activities,actively carry out e-sports industry investment,and use fan economy to carry out self-management.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to adjust the organizational structure and strengthen the market personnel allocation. |
