Japan and China are in the same circle of Confucian culture and deeply influenced by Confucian thoughts of "he who excels in study can follow an official career".Japan responded to the crisis of declining birthrate,aging,and increased international competition.In 2013,the second issue of the "Education Revitalization Basic Plan"promulgated by the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology placed "survival ability" at the forefront.At the same time,under the influence of the international "core accomplishment",Japan has internalized it into the "21st century capability" that is composed of basic forces,thinking power,and practical force,and implemented it in the life cycle of teaching and test questions.On the basis of the revision of the "Learning Guidance Essentials",Japan shifted the examination content from the emphasis on pure knowledge and pure skills to higher levels of thinking,judgment,and expressiveness.The questions are more innovative and comprehensive.This subject selects the "Biology" test questions for the 2015-2018 Japanese University Center Examination as sample questions.On the basis of the translation of sample questions and answers,use the literature research method,text research method,statistical analysis method,and comparative research method to analyze and summarize the examination characteristics of their knowledge and ability.It also tries to provide some enlightenment to the life system of China's college entrance examination biology test.Through analysis of the examination of knowledge and ability in the four-year test questions,the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)In terms of knowledge examination,the characteristics are:the questions are multi-dimensionally diffused around the subject and thematic research on knowledge is implemented;the questions are refined and the proposition covers a wide range;the focus of knowledge examination is prominent;the setting of the test questions fits the students' thinking characteristics,and the difficulty of the questions increases step by step.(2)In terms of ability testing,the characteristics are:use textual materials as the main body to examine basic forces;both basic and thinking skills are equally important;pay attention to the application of experimental inquiry materials,and the examination of thinking power is mostly based on the setting of experimental inquiry materials;The chart material has a variety of functions.At the same time,the "biology" test of the Japan University Entrance Center Examination has the following deficiencies in the "formalization of the thinking power"in the ability examination.Based on this,we have made some inspirations for the propositions of our examination questions:(1)Emphasis on the design of test scenario material;(2)The materials for the experimental inquiry questions should be novel;(3)Consolidate double-basis and cultivate ability.
