Biology is a science that studies the phenomena and laws of life activities,which is closely related to daily life and production.Vigorously developing biotechnology will help to improve the health status of the people and improve the quality of life of the people and promote the development of economy.Just as information technology supports today's booming economy,biotechnology is bound to become an important driving force for economic development.The biology course of senior high school in our country requires that students' initiative should be brought into full play in the course of teaching,and students' comprehensive ability should be improved.However,at present,the overall learning atmosphere of biology class in senior high school is not very strong.In order to improve this situation,we urgently need to find effective teaching strategies."Activity teaching method" which is favored by many scholars,can stimulate students' interest in learning,cultivate students' sense of cooperation,promote students'innovation and creative thinking.In order to improve the current status of biology class teaching to provide a reference,this paper tries to use "Activity teaching method" in biology class to study its influence on students' biological achievement and interest."Activity teaching" is a kind of teaching mode or teaching idea or teaching method,different people have different opinions.This article regards "Activity teaching" as a teaching method.Through consulting the literature,I understand the research situation of"Activity teaching method" at home and abroad.Furthermore,the basic concept of"Activity teaching method" and its activities are defined.The activities in this study include three types:physical operation,experiment,theoretical research.This paper probes into the effect of "Activity teaching method" in senior high school biology class through experimental research and questionnaire survey.Taking two parallel classes in Mafang shan middle school in Wuhan as the research objects,one as experimental class and one as control class.The high school biology compulsory 1 was taken as the teaching content,and the practice time is nearly one term.At the same time,the experimental class was taken as the object of investigation.Before and after the experiment,questionnaires were distributed separately.The results of the first monthly,mid-term and final examinations were collected.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to do independent sample T test,and questionnaire data were used to do frequency analysis.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The use of "Activity teaching method" in senior high school biology classroom is helpful to the improvement of students' biological achievement.With the extension of practice time,this kind of promoting effect will be more obvious.(2)The use of "Activity teaching method" in senior high school biology class is helpful to cultivate students' interest in biology study,improve students' participation in class and students can obtain direct experience and emotional experience in activities.(3)The use of "Activity teaching method" in high school biology class is conducive to harmonious relationship between teachers and students and friendly relationship between students.In the activities,teachers and students communicate and discuss each other,students themselves help each other and grow together.(4)The use of "Activity teaching method" in biology class in senior high school helps to improve students' comprehensive ability.In this study,students do physical operations or experiments or theoretical discussions.The students' hands-on operation ability,inquiry ability,innovation,creative ability and language expression have been improved.
