In recent years,the floating population of family trends,more and more children follow their parents into the city,the fragmentation of family structure,and isolation between sibling lead to many conflicts and competitions of floating children sibling,the floating children's physical and mental development and adaptation of city life will have a negative impact.Based on this background,the author visited the C community that is full of floating population in Kunming,the primary coverage include the quality of sibling relationship and influencing factors.According to problems and requirements in process of the floating children get along with their siblings.Depend on the family system theory and social learning theory,the author implemented the social work practical research,the purpose is to improve the sibling relationship quality.This research' service objects are six pairs of siblings,from two aspects: individual and environmental intervention,through the use of picture books,scene simulation,stage,design implementation of the nine "concentric circles" group activities.Through the evaluation of effects,the author found that the relationship between the group members was improved,and the compatriots were able to have good communication and negotiation,and the conflict was reduced,and the pro-social behaviors of mutual aid were increased significantly.Methods of social work and value are suitable for improving the quality of sibling relationship,but this improvement is a systematical project that needs many elements' cooperation,including individual,family,school,community,society and so on.Therefore,this study needs to better deal with and solve the problems such as the number of service population and the change of structural problems.
