Path Of Social Work Intervention The Community Care For The Senior Intellectual Elderly

From the special background of the aging population all over our nation and the senior intellectual elderly is different from the ordinary old man,for example,the empty nest phenomenon is more prominent,demand is more pluralistic,the value extension is more lacking,and so on,using the method of questionnaire,semi-structured interview and observation and other research methods,the basic situation,network structure,differential expression,demand status,existing problems and advantages under the theory of dominant perspective of the community care for the senior intellectual elderly in JD community were analyzed in this paper.The way of social work intervention senior intellectual elderly community pension was also researched in this article.It provides more individualized and hierarchical pension services for the senior intellectual elderly.Thus,this research is of theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the present research status and some effective measures adopted at home and abroad are summarized.Secondly,some concepts of the pension of family pension and community pension was introduced and the basic theories of social work such as the theory of demand level and the theory of dominant perspective were explained.Then,home care for the elderly status,network structure and differential expression of JD community were analyzed by interviews,it also pointed out that the traditional community pension service cannot meet the basic needs of the senior intellectual elderly,and the elderly with theory,the basic needs of life,health care needs,psychological needs and constraints of the senior intellectual elderly group were studied by the theory of demand level and the theory of dominant perspective,and some advantages of the senior intellectual elderly group were analyzed.And then,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention,community elderly pension and intervention advantages,also points out several social work intervention played an important role in community elderly pension in senior intellectual elderly.Finally,two cases of the elderly social workers in JD community helping the old man living alone live out of the plight and organizing planning group activities were researched by case work method and group work method,the path and methods of social work intervention senior intellectual elderly community pension were summarized,and some effective suggestions for social work intervention,community elderly pension work are given.The suggestions are construction of "Internet + home pension" service platform or construction of "wearable intelligent equipment + aged engineering" service platform.It can meet the special and high level needs of the senior intellectual elderly.
