Xinjiang Pension Institution The Elderly Spiritual Solace Of Intervention Of Social Work Research

China is a typical "no rich,old" country,but because of the gradual miniaturization of family structure,the weakening of the family pension function and the imperfect social security system,the pension problem has become more prominent.In the three major endowment of home care,community care,pension institutions,the traditional way of old-age home because of family values weaken by the great challenge,the community endowment has just started for each function is not perfect,although the pension agency on the scale is small,but by virtue of its comprehensive service,professional management,safe and comfortable advantage Chinese,family pension has gradually become active or passive choice.Most of the elderly pension institutions to meet the material needs,but less attention is paid to the elderly spiritual support and comfort,lack of spirit,leading to the health of the elderly,emotional and behavioral problems.In this paper,the elderly people in the nursing home of W are studied,the elderly spiritual comfort services use case work method and group work methods involved in welfare,for the definition of the problem is clear,targeted.In the case of the main basis for psychosocial treatment,using reminiscing therapy,seeking therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy,to help the elderly to solve the mental support;using social support theory and activity theory in the study group,to have the same or similar spiritual needs of the elderly to carry out professional group activities,provide spiritual comfort service to improve and enrich the spiritual life of the elderly.This paper from the two aspects of micro and meso design related services,through specialized methods and techniques,in case work and group work practice,improve the elderly poor psychological and mental health,life,self organization gradually adapt to the mining potential and the value of life,improve the quality of the spiritual life of the elderly.
