With the continuous development of economy and social progress,rural poor people have become the focus of increasing concern.And our government attaches great importance to it.The rural minimum living security system has effectively guaranteed the basic life of the rural poor people,promoted the development of rural economy and society,narrowed the gap between urban and rural areas and safeguarded social equity.However,there are still different problems in the economic,psychological and social aspects of the rural minimum living security object.For example,at the economic aspect,there are some problems of single economic source and low income,large expenditure and lack of material resources.At the psychological level,there are also some problems,such as strong inferiority complex,low self-evaluation and loss of confidence in the future.On the social level,it shows the problems of low social participation,poor interpersonal interaction and insufficient social belonging.The existence of these problems not only seriously affects the physical and mental health of the residents,but also leads to the lack of interaction between the residents and society,which eventually leads to exclusion of society and social marginalization.In order to help rural residents to achieve better social integration,the author takes 10 rural residents in S village B city as research objects and combine their social integration status through interviews,basic material analysis and other forms and draws a conclusion that the lack of social support network is the main obstacle to social integration of rural residents.This article takes the social work service of the rural subsistence allowances group as an example to point out that by enhancing the self-confidence of the subsistence allowances group,the interpersonal communication ability of the rural subsistence allowances group can be improved.The relationship among the minimal assurance group,family members and community neighbors can be enhanced and its social support network is conducive to social integration of this group.At the same time,this paper is written to point out that social workers should actively play the roles of advocates,resource linkers,supporters when intervening in rural minimum living security groups.Through the construction of formal support network and informal support network for rural minimum living security groups,psychological barriers of this group can be effectively alleviated and their potential can be stimulated,social integration can be realized and social stability can be promoted.
