A Study On The Case Work Involved In The Social Integration Of The Youth Community Correction Object

With the development and progress of society and the continuous improvement of human civilization,community correction,as a more humane way of serving sentences,is more conducive to the return of correction objects to society.Youth is an important part of community correction objects.The identity of criminals makes it difficult for young community correction objects to integrate into society,and the recidivism rate of this group is high.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the social integration of youth community correction objects.Based Based on the files and questionnaires provided by the procuratorate of T District of F City,this study investigates the overall situation,actual needs and social integration of the youth community correction objects in T District of F City.It is found that this group is difficult to return to social life smoothly due to inner inferiority,social difficulties and job search obstruction.Because the social integration service cycle of the youth community correction object is long,this paper takes the case work as the intervention method,and selects a representative youth community correction object with a long correction cycle as the service object in the youth community correction object of T District of F City.Before the intervention of the case work,the interview method and the observation method are used to deeply understand the situation of the individual,family and social aspects of the correction object.According to the empowerment theory,individuals can only achieve social integration after obtaining higher self-identity.Therefore,this study first improves the self-identity of the correction object from the individual level.Secondly,using the social support theory to analyze the problems existing in the family and social level of the correction object,formulate corresponding service strategies,and solve the social and employment problems of the service object in social integration.In the process of case intervention,through multiple interviews,psychological counseling was carried out to change the negative emotions of the service objects.Social workers also interviewed the mothers of the service objects and emotional counseling to ease the tense family relationship.Finally,through the assistance of social work institutions and F City Human and Social Bureau,the local e-commerce entrepreneurship platform was linked to solve the problem of employment difficulties for the service objects.After the end of the case service,through the process evaluation and result evaluation,it is concluded that after the service object completes the case service in the three aspects of individual,family and social function,the life attitude is gradually optimistic,and the relationship with the mother is also eased,and has his own career to achieve self-income generation to alleviate the economic pressure,the case service goal is basically solved,and the effectiveness of the method is confirmed.Finally,through case reflection,it is found that there are still some shortcomings in this case intervention work.Due to the influence of subjective and objective factors,in terms of service development efficiency and social resource docking,it is necessary to provide a better path for the characteristics of youth groups.
