The ideological and political assignment has been given an important function as an indispensable and essential part of the ideological and political teaching process.However,the current ideological and political assignment is dominated by exercise books,with a large number and a single goal.The serious troubles and burdens have led to the frustration of students' enthusiasm for learning,and the operational goals have not been well achieved.To solve these problems,ideological and political teachers and homework arrangers have an obligation to pay attention to the work design of ideological and political classes and design assignments which are appropriate and effective in accordance with the concept of the new curriculum.For this reason,this research combines empirical research to discover and analyze the problems and causes of ideological and political assignment design.In combination with the ideas,nature and goals of the new ideological and political curriculum,a strategy for optimizing the ideological and political work design is proposed.The main body of this paper consists of three parts.The first part elaborates the meaning and characteristics of the assignment design of high school ideological and political classes and the significance of optimizing the assignment design of ideological and political.First of all,combine the meaning of assignment design to explain the meaning of assignment design in the ideological and political course.Second,combined with the uniqueness of the ideological and political curriculum,it concludes that the design of the ideological and political assignment should be marked by comprehensiveness,morality,time,life,and practice.Finally,it is concluded that optimizing the design of ideological and political assignment is conducive to the constructive role of the operation,enriching the existing operating system,improving the professional competence of teachers,and promoting the overall development of students.The second part analyzes the problems and causes in the assignment design of ideological and political.First of all,questionnaires and interviews were carried on to investigate ideological and political teacher's concepts of assignment design,content,goals,forms,and quantity of assignment design.Summarizes the problems existing in the current ideological and political work design:the status of job design is frequently overlooked,there are problems in the process of job design,and the use of assignment evaluation is inadequate.Secondly,the reasons for the existence of problems are analyzed,mainly including teachers in the ideological and political classes who do not attach importance to homework design,ideological and political assignment design materials are not systematic,and the impact of education evaluation system.The third part puts forward the strategy to optimize the design of the ideological and political course.First,attach importance to homework design,including teaching,guidance,and research that focus on homework design in regular colleges and universities.Predictable high schools attach importance to homework design.In-service training adds content related to homework design.Ideological and political teachers pay attention to homework design in daily teaching,etc.Four aspects.Second,the process of job design is clearly defined.First determine the goal of job design,then select the content and form of the job,write the job title and activity plan,and then evaluate and modify the job design quality.Third,the principles of scientifically,diversity,openness,and diversity should also be followed in the process of job design.Finally,we concentrate on the evaluation of job design,that is,the normalization of job evaluation procedures,the diversification of job evaluation subjects,and the fixation of job design modifications.The study finds that there are still some problems in the contemporary ideological and ethical work design.It requires ideological and political teachers to establish a correct job design concept,attach importance to job design,clear the process of assignment design,follow the principles of assignment design in job design and focus on the valuation and modification.
