With the new curriculum reform deepening,more and more attention on the classroom teaching target,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation on a large number of emerging.However,as an integral part of the effective classroom teaching,assignments has been overlooked.Even with a study of junior middle school stage discipline job design is focused on "language,count," such as junior middle school ideological and moral course.The author first consulted the relevant literature,collected the information,read the ideological and political disciplines design and other disciplines design of the literature,through the analysis and thinking of these documents to form their own ideas;Secondly,according to the author and students and front-line teacher interviews,Add school thought moral ethics practice operation design,mainly including pay attention to safe and feasible,to avoid formalization,prevent some members marginalized in the team cooperation,etc.,and
