Trigonometric function is one of the important contents of mathematics in high school.It is also the link of the key examinations of the college entrance examination.At the same time,the trigonometric function is also a type of function with most basic elementary functions.Therefore,learning the trigonometric functions is very important.In order to understand the current situation of high school students learning trigonometry and improve the quality of teaching,this research is conducted by means of literature research,test investigation and interview,and then the information obtained is summarized and the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,we find that students have some problems in their learning habits and learning methods,which are mainly reflected in the lack of attention to textbooks,including the completion of after-school exercises and examples of textbooks.Through the analysis of test papers,it is found that the types of errors are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(1)understanding of basic concepts,theorems and formulas;(2)application of formulas and theorems;(3)Applications.Analysis of the causes of errors,mostly for the knowledge of errors and strategic errors,in addition to logical and psychological errors.In the light of the research results,some suggestions for improvement of trigonometric function teaching are proposed in this study.
