In recent years,With the increasing demands of society for training high-quality creative talents of high education,the importance of university teaching has been increasing as a central part of talent cultivation.But influenced by the traditional university teaching concept,teaching in university of China are presented typical tendencies of "small education of statics" in goal orientation,curriculum setting,teaching activities and teaching evaluation,there is a mechanical determinism,the external force,only fractional theory and so on.It cannot meet the society's demand for high quality creative talents."great education of dynamics" theory based on the fusion dialogue of the history rationalism,process philosophy and Qian Xuesen's system science philosophy.It is practical,self cause,dialectical,open system and comprehensive qualities.So it can provide a new analysis framework and path for teaching reform of university.First of all,this paper expounds the philosophical basis,basic characteristics and core program of "great education of dynamics ".Secondly,this paper states the new teaching practice form,"student lecture room" produced under the guidance of "great education of dynamics" from its generation and development.Although this new form of teaching activity originated in primary school,the teaching ideas behind it,which also provides reference for the reform of university teaching.Again,in this paper the form innovation on the basis of theory and practice,criticism of the current status of university teaching,points out its on the teaching target,was the "intellectuals" the cultivation of light "wise men" to develop;In the curriculum setting,it is a heavy discipline,professional,light interdisciplinary,interdisciplinary;In the teaching activities,it is closed and rigid and out of the student life world;In teaching evaluation,it is mainly the examination,which covers the "education" nature of teaching evaluation.Finally,guided by the theory of "great education of dynamics",referring to the new practice form of "student lecture room",this paper points out that the current university teaching reform should do the followings:first,the teaching goal orientation should turn from the "knowledge-oriented man" to "wisdom-oriented man";Second,to build a comprehensive curriculum system;Third,broaden the boundaries of teaching activities and return to the world of life;Fourth,reform the exam-oriented evaluation method and return the "education nature" of teaching evaluation.Consequently,we can build a new model of "dynamics" college teaching,to cultivate high-quality creative talents.
