Cheerleading English Cheer leading means that under the music accompaniment,through the athletes' collective participation to complete the complex,difficult basic hand position and dance movements,the specific difficulty of the project,the transitional coordination and other action content,fully demonstrate the team's superb sports skills.A sport that embodies youthful vitality,positive team spirit,and strives for the highest sense of team honor.Cheerleading is a new sport in our country,although it starts late and does not take long.However,it has been loved by the majority of teenagers.The methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics are used in the study.Logic analysis and other research methods are used to select 484 junior high school students who have participated in the exercise of calisthenics from different genders and grades in 9 industrial parks in Suzhou High-Tech Zone,Grade one,Grade two,Grade one and Grade two of Senior High School.In the aspect of exercise mode,the differences and influences among middle school students' participation in cheerleading exercise,motivation and effect are discussed,which provides a reference for the promotion and development of cheerleading in middle schools.The conclusionsof the study are as follows:(1)The middle school students in Suzhou participated in the exercise three times a week and more,among them more than the boys,the junior high school more than high school;At the time of exercise,most of the duration of exercise is within 1 hour,of which more than boys are girls and more than high school in junior middle school;The intensity of exercise is " slightly sweat "," medium sweating " is the main,among which the female is more than the male,the high school is more than junior high school;The exercise is mainly based on community and physical education,in which more girls are more than boys,and high school is more than middle school.(2)There was no significant difference in the motivations of the middle school students to participate in the exercise of cheerleading in Suzhou in terms of gender(p > 0.05),while the motivation of the middle school students participating in the exercise in grade was "fun motivation" and "appearance motivation".There is a significant difference in the dimension of "ability motivation"(p < 0.05),which indicates that senior high school is more willing to keep physical and mental pleasure than junior high school,to make their temperament more outstanding,and to improve the level of cheerleading sports skills.There were significant differences in the seven motivational dimensions in different exercise methods,which indicated that "community" could indirectly show students' strong participation compared with "physical education" and "big class".With motivation,students are eager to participate in entertainment programs to achieve the goal of making friends,improving physical fitness,keeping fit,having higher level of cheerleading sports skills and other people's attention.(3)There was no significant difference in the effect of middle school students' participation in cheerleading exercise in all dimensions of gender in Suzhou City(p > 0.05),while in grade,the effects of junior high school students' participation in cheerleading exercise were "social effect","appearance effect","ability effect".There is a significant difference in the dimension of "system effect"(p < 0.05),which indicates that senior high school has better mental outlook than junior high school in dealing with interpersonal relations,and can constantly improve the level of cheerleading and exercise skills and urge oneself to persist in participating in exercise.There were significant differences in the seven effect dimensions in different exercise methods,which indicated that the "community" was less than "physical education"." Class " and " big class " are more beneficial to students ' interests,social skills,physical quality,mental outlook,sports skills and sports habits.(4)There was no correlation between the motivation and effect of middle school students' participation in cheerleading exercise in Suzhou,and there was no significant difference in the dimensions of "fun","sociality","appearance","ability" and "institution" in grade.There was significant positive correlation,but there was no correlation in the dimension of "health" and "serviceability",and there was significant positive correlation between the seven dimensions of community from zero to zero in the aspect of exercise style,which was statistically significant.The higher the students' motivation in each dimension,the more stable the "fun effect",the easier the "social effect" ability to improve,the more obvious the "health effect" performance,the more prominent the "appearance effect" performance,"ability".The easier it is to improve the effect,the more obvious the performance of the service effect and the system effect.However,there is no correlation between the dimensions of "fun","health","serviceability" and "system" in PE class and large class.
