In October 2016,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the outline of "healthy China 2030" plan to comprehensively promote the construction of healthy China.College students are the pillar of national construction and an important force in the development of socialist cause.To build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we need to improve the physical health of college students in an all-round way.On September 2,2019,the State Council issued the outline of building a strong sports country,in which the strategic task is to promote the development of sports activities for key groups.To formulate and implement physical health intervention plans for youth,women,the elderly,farmers,occupational groups,disabled people and other groups.It is an important part of school physical education to promote teenagers to improve their physical literacy and develop healthy life style.It is necessary to bring the students' physical health level into the assessment system of the government,the education administrative department and the school,and comprehensively implement the youth physical activity promotion plan.The exercise behavior of college students is relatively poor.Subjectively,they think that there is no time for exercise,no suitable place for exercise,and they don't know enough about the value of exercise.One of the most important reasons is that college students lack the motivation for exercise.This study is based on previous studies to further explore the motivation for exercise(ability motivation,fun motivation,health motivation,appearance motivation)The relationship between exercise intensity,exercise time and exercise frequency.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate 1300 normal students in seven normal universities in the Yangtze River Delta.In order to understand the current situation of exercise motivation and exercise behavior of normal college students in the Yangtze River Delta area,we need to master the specific situation of the respondents in time,sort out,summarize and analyze the sampling questionnaire data,explore the factors that affect exercise behavior and exercise behavior,and explore the relationship between exercise motivation and exercise behavior according to the results.Draw out the students who do not meet the physical population standard(less than 30 minutes for each exercise;less than medium intensity for each exercise;less than 3 times for each week),formulate effective intervention methods,carry out experimental research on the intervention effect of these students,and analyze the data before and after the intervention.This paper sums up many factors influencing exercise behavior,which vary with the situation,and puts forward corresponding suggestions according to specific factors,so as to improve the exercise behavior of college students.Through the research,we found that:1.The current situation of College Students' exercise behavior is as follows: short exercise time,low exercise intensity,low exercise frequency,and the current situation of exercise is worrying.2.From the perspective of demographic factors.There are differences in exercise motivation between male and female students,and male students are better than female students.From grade analysis: physical motivation and physical exercise behavior are good or bad for sophomore,freshman,junior and senior,showing such characteristics.The analysis is caused by the different stress of physiology,grade and age.3.The corresponding intervention means can improve the exercise motivation of students.With the five dimensions of exercise motivation rising,exercise behavior shows a positive state,exercise intensity,exercise time and exercise frequency are increased before intervention,which proves that the five dimensions of exercise motivation have significant correlation with exercise behavior.Raising the five dimensions of exercise motivation can make exercise behavior increase correspondingly.4.Five dimensions of exercise motivation affect exercise behavior.The influence of ability motivation,fun motivation and health motivation on exercise behavior is higher than that of appearance motivation and social motivation.The influence of five dimensions of exercise motivation on exercise time and exercise frequency is higher than that on exercise intensity.To improve students' exercise behavior,the main intervention effect on ability motivation,fun motivation and health motivation will be more significant Write.Suggestions are given for the above problems:1.The state,the government and the school should pay close attention to the implementation of College Students' physical exercise behavior,actively respond to the call,exercise a good physical environment and exercise environment for students,and ensure that students' exercise motivation can be improved.2.Eliminate demographic factors that are not conducive to exercise and encourage and affirm female students;new students should actively adapt to the school and actively participate in sports activities;junior and senior students should try to overcome difficulties and ensure their own physical exercise can be maintained.3.Find out the specific methods to enhance the motivation of physical exercise,which has an effect on exercise behavior.Therefore,to find out the effective ways to enhance the five dimensions of exercise motivation is helpful to improve the exercise behavior of college students.
