With the emergence and popularization of Weibo,We Chat and other media,micro-culture is constantly infiltrating into the life of college students.How to understand the influence of micro-culture on the development of Ideological and Political Theory Course in colleges and universities,and how to make micro-culture improve the effectiveness of interactive teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course are becoming more and more worth exploring.The traditional interactive teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course has some defects such as theoretical interaction,lack of practical interaction,rigid and one-sided interaction carriers,single surface layer of interactive dimension,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to reform and innovate the traditional interactive teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course.The continuous development of micro-culture can provide opportunities for the interactive teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course to break through the original predicament.For example,the symmetrical information reserve of teachers and students can lay the foundation of teaching interaction,convenient mobile devices such as mobile phones can optimize the conditions of interaction,and the subjective demand of college students can enhance the motivation of teaching interaction.At present,under the widespread concern of the society and the high attention of colleges and universities,more and more teachers try to innovate the contents and methods of interactive teaching.The teaching quality and level of interaction increased.But it also produces some new problems universal to be solved,for example,fragmented information weakens the system of teaching interaction,the diversified thought weakens the leading interactive teaching,teachers' media literacy affects the effectiveness of teaching.Therefore,under the development of micro-culture,the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Course interactive teaching relies on teachers,students,colleges and universities.Teachers should pay great attention to teaching management,to establish micro-awareness,to integrate micro-resources and to use micro-media.College students should give full play to the role of subjectivity,to set up a correct view of curriculum interaction,to treat micro-culture rationally,and to continuously improve the ability of micro-learning.Colleges and universities should ensure the sustainable development of interactive teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Courses: adhering to the principle of equal emphasis on development and management to create a good cultural atmosphere,increasing the support of policies and funds to promote the improvement of teachers' literacy,using and popularizing technical means to improve the evaluation mechanism of teaching interaction.
