Scientific aspiration and in terest is the m ost stable factors in the high school students' scientific attitude,and the most dynamic component.It is the emotional color of student to understand the scientific world,eager for scientific knowledge and exploring truth and psychological tendency.Scientific aspiration and interest as internal motivation of students to explore the scientific worl d,it com es from inside the student after deliberate choice to follow m otives,have ambition in the general high school students scientific literacy,attitude,such as psychological state of the directional role,but also middle school students in the future scientif ic development road on the source of creativity and the willpower.The research on scientific aspiration and interest in the high school students' non-intelligence factors research occupies an important position.In this pap er,based o n the scien tific aspiration and inte rest related research domestic and overseas,introduced and developed the theory of scientific aspiration and interest related connotation and denotation,a nd then using the self-m ade questionnaire on factors influencing high school science education to cultivate the net analysis,and according to the m ain influencing factors to summarize biology cu rriculum design should follow the principle of scientific aspiration and interest cultivation,inclination of biological teaching fro m the train ing strategy and m ost interest training bio logy curriculum education practice research.The results show that:First,the current s ituation of the developm ent of high school students scientific aspiration and interest is the scien tific aspiration and interest level with European and American developed countries differ greatly,scientific ingredients in career ambitions is less,the development characteristic of outstanding is grad ually decreased with higher grade,boys and girls scientific aspiration and interest development not harmonious,etc.Second,cultivate high school students scientif ic aspiration and interest affected by various factors,but science academ ic aspiration and interest and career aspiration an d interest affected factors have essential dif ferences,The major influencing factors including class participation,both inside and outside?choose motivation?the body and the professional qualification of confidence?Policies to guide and Research learning way,etc.Third,through biological opt imization and development of a series of innovative practice course and research learn ing curriculum,can ef fectively improve students overall scientific literacy,including scientific aspiration and interest.Overall,based on the scientific teaching strategy of cultivating perspective analysis with practice in cu rriculum for middle school science education has positive ef fect,scientific aspiration and interest cultivation in the high school stage is feasible.
