Investigation On Influencing Factors Of College Students' Interest In Physical Education In Chongqing

Use the literature material law,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,the colleges and universities(211),the Yangtze river in chongqing southwest university teachers college(undergraduate course of common public),chongqing institute of humanities science and technology(undergraduate course of common private)and chongqing business vocational college four(ordinary colleges and universities freshman and sophomore students as investigation object,and stratified sampling a total of 1600 college students distribute the self-made questionnaire,recycling effective questionnaire 1528,to 1528 college students as the research object.This paper analyzes the interest of PE course and its influencing factors,the demand for external factors and the opinions and opinions of college students in four universities by using the recovered data.To depth affect college students' interest in physical education and its influencing factors and according to the methods and countermeasures for the cultivation of college students' interest in physical education,so as to improve college students' physical education participation enthusiasm,improve the sports classroom learning atmosphere and teaching effect,so as to improve college students' physical and mental health,improve sports skills and social adaptation ability,cultivate college students' lifelong sports awareness and habits,physical and mental health of personnel for the society.The research results show that:(1)personal factors,teaching factors and environmental factors that affect college students' interest in physical education,the degree of influence is ranked from the largest to the smallest: personal factors > teaching factors > environmental factors;Under the three dimensions of influencing factors,the degree of influence of individual factors is ranked from large to small.The degree of influence in teaching factors is ranked from the largest to the smallest: teaching content,> teaching method,> teaching evaluation,> individual teachers;The degree of influence of environmental factors is ranked from high to low: school environment > social environment > family environment > teaching environment;(2)male college students' interest in PE is higher than female college students' interest in PE,showing a significant difference;The freshman's interest in PE is higherthan the sophomore's,and the difference is significant.The difference between social science students and natural science students is not significant.Among the four universities,students from chongqing college of humanities and science and technology have the highest interest in physical education,followed by chongqing business vocational college and Yangtze normal university,and students from southwest university have the lowest interest in physical education with significant difference.(3)half of college students hope to have two or more PE classes a week;Practice games are the most popular;Humorous,skilled,amiable teachers are the most popular;Boys like ball games and high intensity sports;Girls' favorite sports related to physical fitness;Badminton is popular among male and female college students.Most college students want to participate in school sports competitions;The most important channel for college students to acquire sports knowledge is physical education.(4)college students are not satisfied with sports hardware facilities,especially the sports cost of toll venues is difficult to accept;More girls expressed that they could not adapt to the existing physical education teaching contents and methods and were not satisfied.Most of the evaluation methods of physical education teaching still maintain the traditional summative evaluation method,which is not conducive to personal progress and development.Teachers who are too strict or rigid are likely to lose interest.In view of the above conclusions,combined with the reality,taking the interest of college students in physical education and its influencing factors as the main line,the following Suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of college students' interest in physical education:(1)in the interest of physical education,attention should be paid to the cultivation and maintenance of female college students' and senior college students' interest in physical education.(2)personal factors can stimulate and encourage college students,especially female college students,to have sexual interest in sports,and some female college students can carry out sports activities such as sports meeting or sports interest to encourage them to take the initiative to participate in sports activities.Through the popularization of sports function,we can improve the college students' understanding of the importance of sports,stimulate the demand and power of sports,and overcome the inertia.(3)in teaching factors,teaching contents are mainly about the projects that students like or have strong practicability.Challenging,confrontational and novel teachingcontents can be set for male students,and yoga,fitness and other teaching contents related to shaping and body-building can be set for female students.Teaching should be relaxed and happy,can more use of game practice method and competition practice method;Teaching evaluation should pay attention to students' own progress,and use individual difference evaluation to encourage students and stimulate their interest.Teachers should fully respect students' principal status,respect students' personality and dignity,liven up the classroom atmosphere with humorous teaching language,listen to students' aspirations after class,and try to meet students' reasonable needs;(4)among the environmental factors,family members of college students should attach importance to sports and actively support sports participation both spiritually and materially;The government should improve sports laws and regulations,encourage the development of sports economy,and the media should strengthen sports publicity and popularization.Attention should be paid to creating the physical and cultural environment of campus sports.In the material environment,the investment and maintenance of sports hardware facilities should be strengthened.For the school's swimming pool,gym,yoga room and other charging venues,some fees can be reduced or exempted for the students.Create a cultural environment,the school can support the establishment of more sports associations,encourage all associations to organize a variety of sports activities and competitions,enhance the school sports cultural atmosphere;Teaching should avoid carrying out physical education in bad weather.
