The Study On Entrepreneurship Consciousness Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,entrepreneurship has become one of the forms of higher vocational college students' employment because of the higher vocational college students' severe employment pressure and the national policy support.To promote higher vocational college students entrepreneurship,vocational college students must firstly cultivate their entrepreneurship consciousness.This article mainly takes the Planned Behavior Theory as the main evaluation theory tools,the author will divides vocational students'entrepreneurship consciousness into three parts.They are higher vocational students'entrepreneurial behavior attitude,the entrepreneurial subjective norms and intuitive behavior control.And the three aspects are specifically divided into six parts.They are entrepreneurial diligent dedication consciousness,entrepreneurial business opportunities consciousness,entrepreneurial strategy consciousness,entrepreneurial business transformation consciousness,the entrepreneurial value consciousness and entrepreneurial risk consciousness,according to the six aspects of higher vocational college students' entrepreneurial awareness,combing with Kunming Metallurgy College students' differences in grades,genders,difference and majors,the author analyzes the present situation of higher vocational college students' consciousness of entrepreneurship and the author puts forward to promote higher vocational college students' consciousness of entrepreneurship training strategy on the basis of higher vocational college students entrepreneurship status.This paper adopts the literature method to highlight the difference of students in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of college students to provide guarantee for academic innovation;through questionnaire survey method,the current situation of students' entrepreneurial consciousness in higher vocational colleges is thoroughly understood.The interview method is used to summarize the successful entrepreneurial cases and failure cases of graduates from higher vocational colleges,and explore the causes of success or failure.The paper focuses on the current situation of students'entrepreneurial consciousness in Kunming metallurgical college,and emphasizes the strategies of strengthening students' entrepreneurship awareness in higher vocational colleges.The questionnaire and interview are combined to reflect its authenticity and validity so that the author can propose ways and means to improve students'entrepreneurship awareness in higher vocational college according to numerous cases.
