An Analysis Of Factors Influencing Students' Entrepreneurial Willingness In Tianjin Higher Vocational Colleges

Under the call of the national policy of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",the external entrepreneurship environment is constantly changing.How to improve students' entrepreneurship,the internal entrepreneurship factors are the key.Therefore,the analysis of the factors affecting the entrepreneurial willingness of Higher Vocational Colleges and the reasons for the low survival rate of entrepreneurship can give scientific guidance to college students' entrepreneurship under the existing circumstances.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influencing factors of students' entrepreneurship in Tianjin Vocational Colleges through empirical research.This research chooses the students of five major vocational colleges in Haihe Education Park of Tianjin as the research object.Based on subjective norms,entrepreneurial attitudes and perceived behavior control,and from the perspective of internal and external factors,it establishes a new model combining five aspects of entrepreneurial quality,and five antecedent variables including entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial quality,entrepreneurial knowledge,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial attitude are selected as factors that may affect entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurial atmosphere and gender were selected as moderating variables to explore whether they play a moderating role between antecedent variables and entrepreneurial intention,so as to explore the main factors affecting students' entrepreneurial intention in higher vocational colleges.This paper considers that entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial quality,entrepreneurial knowledge,and entrepreneurial attitude have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,among which entrepreneurial awareness has the greatest impact,followed by entrepreneurial quality,entrepreneurial knowledge.Entrepreneurship was the least influential.In terms of the regulating effect of entrepreneurial atmosphere,entrepreneurial atmosphere has strong regulating ability only in the significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention.Gender has no moderating effect on entrepreneurial intention.Colleges and universities can cultivate students' entrepreneurial consciousness by carrying out entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities.By accumulating entrepreneurial knowledge and training entrepreneurial ability,students can become pioneering talents adapting to the all-round development of society.
