ET Study Camp Development Strategy

In recent years,“camp education” has emerged in China as an emerging industry,attracting more and more attention from ordinary families and education departments.Many middle schools,primary schools and students have participated in the camp education curriculum.The study camp,which is an important carrier for the implementation of camp education concepts,has mushroomed in the land of China,and a large amount of private capital has flowed in.The industry has a rapid development momentum.Throughout China and abroad,the development of study camps has also been a history of more than a hundred years.Is it the choice to imitate or choose to open our own door? In the face of opportunities and challenges,China’s study camps are also crossing the river by feeling the stones.During the booming development of the camp education industry,the operation of the study camp is also facing enormous challenges.As a study camp with influence in the southwestern region of China and even the whole country,the ET study camp has been deeply cultivating the southwest and focusing on the whole country,and has gained a place in the domestic study travel market with unique competitiveness.This article selects ET study camp as a sample,and specifically discusses the future development path and strategic choice direction of the ET study camp.This article studies the development strategy of the ET study camp through seven sections.The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and the research content and methods.The second part is to elaborate the related concepts and theoretical characteristics of the development strategy of the camp,and introduce the concepts involved.The definition and theoretical basis;the third part is to introduce the general situation of the ET study camp and summarizes the current development situation of research camps at home and abroad;the fourth part is the internal and external environment analysis of the ET study camp development strategy,using a variety of models Analytical methods are used to conduct a detailed analysis of the internal,external and industrial environment of the ET study camp;the fifth part is to formulate the development strategy of the ET study camp based on the analysis results;the sixth part describes the protection strategy of the ET study camp.And optimization measures will be taken from improving the construction of camp organizations,improving the human resources system,and changing business ideas.The last part is a summary of the full text.The conclusion is that although ET study camp is currently developing well,there are many problems.If you want to develop,you must start from many aspects mentioned in this paper and establish a sound protection mechanism.Due to the limited understanding of the ET study camp and the lack of response plans,we hope that the ET study camp will enter the fast track of development through this study.We also hope to provide experience for domestic study camp operators.
