Study On The Current Situation Of Shanghai Youth Amateur Sports School

At the end of the 1950 s,China began to establish youth amateur sports school(hereinafter referred to as the youth sports school)to cultivate the reserve talents for competitive sports.In the period of planned economy,the Youth Sports School under the national system has experienced a brilliant development.It has delivered numerous excellent sports talents for our country.They have made outstanding achievements in the international and domestic competitions,and made contributions to our country's competitive sports to go out of the country,to rush out of Asia and to the world.Yao Ming and Liu Xiang,the symbol of China's height and the speed,are early in the youth sports school received enlightenment training,step by step getting to international sports,and become China's own sports card to the world.At the beginning of 1990 s,after the social economy turned from the planned economy to the market economy,the competitive sports system produced under the planned economy had no longer adapted to the development of the market economy.The disadvantages began to appear.As the basis of the three level training network of competitive sports,the youth sports school was also affected,and the phenomenon of the decline appeared.Shanghai youth sports school is the training base of Shanghai competitive sports reserve talents.It has transported a large number of world famous athletes for Shanghai and national training.However,in the trend of social transformation and development,the youth sports school in Shanghai is inevitably affected by the trend of the National Youth Sports School atrophy,and it is faced with a variety of development problems.In the face of these difficulties,Shanghai youth sports school actively explore their survival and development way.This research takes the traditional public sports school of Shanghai sports system as the research object.Through the study of literature,interview and case analysis,the development process of Shanghai youth sports school is understood from the policy and course,and the situation,quality and benefit of the project,athletes and trainers are carried out.To understand the overall situation of Shanghai youth sports school,and put forward countermeasures for problems,so as to provide ideas and references for Shanghai youth sports school's innovation transformation.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:First,Shanghai youth sports school has trained numerous world champions for our country.It is an important base for training and transporting competitive sports reserve talents.It has made important contributions to the prosperity and development of competitive sports in China.With the development of society,it has experienced five different stages of development from the establishment to the present.Second,the number of youth sports schools in Shanghai is reduced.The main training forms are mainly "three centralism" and "one concentration",mainly in summer sports,and the layout of the project is reasonable.However,the number of athletes and coaches is less in winter and the number of athletes and coaches is reduced.The structure is relatively reasonable,the salary is generally low,the promotion of title is difficult,the enthusiasm of coaches is low,and the incentivemechanism is not attractive to coaches.Third,Shanghai youth sports school has a series of problems in social development,including narrow functional positioning,relatively single training objectives,less winter projects,unbalanced projects,narrow selection of materials,inadequate reserve personnel,low salary and low enthusiasm for coaches.Fourth,the development of the youth sports school in Shanghai is impacted by the educational system and the social and other aspects.Although there are some problems and the scale of school running is shrinking,it still has a steady stream to train and transport the reserve talents of competitive sports for Shanghai and the country,and play the role of the main channel.
