Under The Background Of The Integration Of Sports And Education, The Research On The Current Situation Of The Training Of Reserve Talents For Youth Shooting Events In Fengxian District, Shanghai

The promulgation of the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Physical Education and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents" of the Central Committee for Comprehensive Reform laid a solid foundation for further promoting the integration of physical education and education.The Opinions clearly pointed out that deepening the integration of physical education and education to promote the healthy development of young people should set up the educational concept of "health first ",promote the coordinated development of young people’s cultural learning and physical exercise,strengthen school sports work,and improve the youth sports competition system.Sports power needs better physical education to support,the integration of physical education can continuously transport high-level reserve talents for our sports cause,but also promote the overall improvement of physical education and education quality.The integration of physical education and education will play a proper role in the training of reserve talents and cultural generalists of competitive sports in China and promote the development of sports in China.In recent years,the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government,combined with the characteristics of Shanghai,have actively promoted the integration of physical education and education into physical education,and put "excellent sports teams in schools and let outstanding athletes come out of the campus ".Twenty years ago,Fengxian District was almost blank in the field of competitive sports;nowadays,more and more Fengxian "small sharpshooters" have been excavated,trained and transported to the city team and the national team.Fengxian Sports has also formed the development situation of shooting project leading,archery,fencing and other projects.On November 11,2018,the Asian Shooting Championships Fengxian District athletes Jiang ran Xin,Song Zheng Yi,Zhang Ting,Li Cheng chopped 5 gold 1 silver 2 copper,with outstanding results,proved Fengxian District shooting project strong strength.In the 16 th Shanghai Games,the number of participants and the results of the competition have made new breakthroughs compared with the previous Games,which are the fruits of integration of physical education and education.Therefore,in order to maintain the sustainable development of shooting in Fengxian district,it is very important to strengthen the research on shooting reserve talents.Based on the background of "physical education integration ",this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of sports reserve talents training,security status,current situation of shooting coaches,present situation of shooting athletes and so on,discusses the countermeasures to improve the integration of shooting and physical education in Fengxian District of Shanghai.The results show:(1)The active development of the shooting project in Fengxian District of Shanghai has made great contributions to the training of the shooting reserve talents in Shanghai and laid a solid foundation for the prosperous development of the shooting cause.(2)From the difficult initial stage to 2018,through the recruitment,introduction of shooting special coaches,to train local coaches.Since the establishment of transport national team 10,the city first team 20,second line 67,shooting has become Fengxian sports fist project.(3)In the process of training reserve talents for shooting projects in Fengxian District,the competition system is not perfect,the hardware facilities are not fully utilized,the selection of coaches is not scientific enough,and the scientific degree of train-the-trainer training needs to be improved,so as to reduce the injury problem of athletes,the less opportunity for coaches to learn and communicate,the small promotion of shooting sports,and the investment of funds.These problems directly affect the development process of shooting projects.(4)The general understanding of shooting by athletes who come to take part in shooting training is not enough,basically belongs to the attitude of being chosen by the coach to try and enter the shooting field by chance.(5)The link between learning and training of athletes’ cultural knowledge can not reach the ideal state.(6)Shanghai Fengxian District shooting project into the campus outstanding performance,become a good example of each district.In view of the above problems,the following countermeasures are put forward :(1)to increase the publicity of shooting,to establish open day for shooting,to shoot into the campus,to join primary and secondary schools in recruiting students,to promote the opening of school shooting training venues,to raise the attention of cities to shooting projects,to help schools without shooting projects to open and develop shooting projects,to increase the number of reserve talents for shooting projects in the whole region,and to jointly promote the development of shooting projects in the whole city.(2)Increase investment in shooting training units,improve equipment and equipment in the field,and improve training conditions.Strengthen the regional cooperation and exchange of shooting events,and explore the competition mechanism of shooting events.At the same time in the shooting project more exchanges and exploration with foreign countries,in basic training closely with the world’s advanced training concept,for the future of shooting.A good foundation.(3)Improve the professional quality of coaches.Establish the coach exchange platform,integrate and optimize the coach resources,and promote the coach exchange among the training units.Hold regular work or academic seminars,and invite experts from all aspects to analyze and organize the shooting movement in our country from all levels.(4)Pay attention to the importance of the integration of physical education to the development of shooting projects,through the diversification of teams,the joint running of nearby schools,the establishment of an in-school competition system,middle schools and universities should link up with primary schools,planning through the "one-stop" competition system,through the transformation of parents’ ideas,if parents and schools attach importance to students’ cultural achievements and physical fitness,the overall growth of young people presents 1 1& gt;2 effect.The integration of physical education is conducive to improving the level of competitive sports,but also can play the role of educating people.It has certain practical significance for the sustainable development of shooting projects in Fengxian District.
