Research On Evaluation Index System Of Cultural Soft Strength Of Traditional Sports

The concept of soft power was put forward by Joseph Nye,the Kennedy Dean of Harvard University and,a former US Assistant Secretary of defense at Harvard University.In the early 90 s of last century,it gradually developed from theoretical exploration to an evaluation system.The research of soft power has begun to extend to various fields.From soft power to soft power of sports and soft power of sports culture,it gradually deepened,and gradually developed from theoretical exploration to evaluation system construction.Since the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the new strategy of improving the national cultural soft power in 2007,cultural soft power has not only become a national policy issue,but also a hot issue that scholars are concerned about and studied.The soft power of sports culture is a component part of the national soft power.The traditional sports culture is an important source and foundation for a country's sports culture soft power.This research is based on the national cultural soft power construction background,by analyzing soft power,cultural soft power of sports,cultural soft power theory and the construction of index,try to analyze and summarize the concept and characteristics of national traditional sports culture soft power,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the development of traditional sports culture.Dragon and lion dance is an excellent traditional sports in our country.After decades of development,it has become a more influential traditional sports event.This study based on attempts to analyze the national traditional sports culture soft power theory,establishedThe evaluation index system of dragon dance and lion dance cultural soft power,to provide direction for the further study of the dragon lion cultural soft power,to provide reference for other national traditional sports development.This study adopts literature data method,interview method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics method,through the analysis of the soft power research of previous scholars,this paper summarizes the concept and summarizes the characteristics of national traditional sports culture of soft power,to initial construction of the dragon lion project cultural soft power evaluation index system,and theoretical analysis.Through Delphi expert questionnaire survey on experts from the dragon and lion circles and sports humanities and sociology,a preliminary evaluation index system suitable for the cultural soft power of dragon and lion dance is initially constructed.The results:(1)The soft power of national traditional sports culture is the subordinate concept of soft power of sports culture.It refers to the strength of traditional national sports culture to generate cohesion,guidance and mobilization,and to generate penetration,attraction and persuasion.(2)Dragon and lion dance culture soft power refers to the dragon lion sports as the main form,and the sum of the values,development pattern and policy system and other aspects of the main cultural factors generated within the cohesion,guide and mobilize the power of attraction,and foreign penetration and the power of persuasion.(3)The soft strength index system of the dragon and lion dance is composed of 5 items of first grade,14 of grade two,and 46 of grade three.One level index weight according to the order from high to low as the cultural cohesion of the dragon and lion(A),dragon and Lion Culture Communication(E),the attractiveness of the dragon lion culture(D),dragon and lion culture support force(B),dragon and lion culture innovation(C),index weights were 0.2044,0.2044,0.1992,0.1979 and 0.1940.The two level indicators with higher weight coefficients at each level are continuity(A3),cultural exhibition(E2),cultural exchange(D1),policy system(B1),and competition performance(C2).Suggestions:(1)Developing the soft power of dragon and lion dance culture,we must first formulate a strategy for the development of dragon and lion dance from the perspective of inheritance and development.(2)Actively carry out the dissemination of dragon dance and lion dance culture and organize the International dragon and lion dance competition,and promote the communication between dragon dance and lion dance culture.(3)Support the development of dragon and lion dance,and promote the cultural innovation to adapt to the development of the times.(4)To development the national traditional sports culture should be from the angle of inheritance and development,relying on the cohesiveness of the national traditional sports culture,actively displaying and disseminating the national traditional sports culture,promoting cultural exchange to showing the attraction of the national traditional sports culture.
