Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Traditional Sports In Primary And Secondary Schools In Enshi Under The View Of "One School,One Product"

In the face of the shortcomings of the current "thousand schools and one side" school running mode,the State Council and the education department began the reform of quality education.The reform requires that the school education should improve the teaching of physical education,let the students master the skills of one to two sports,and gradually form the teaching mode of "one school and one product" and "one school and many products".Taking this as an opportunity,schools in various parts of the country carry out reforms and set up distinctive teaching approaches.The national traditional sports can not only improve the physical and mental health of the students,but also inherit the excellent culture of the national tradition,carry forward and cultivate the national spirit and protect the non-material culture.It is the first advantageous item in the construction of "one school,one product" in school sports.The author takes the Enshi area of ethnic minorities as an example to explore the development of national traditional sports under the advantage of national traditional sports project to explore the "one school and one product" in Enshi primary and secondary schools under the advantage of regional advantages.By using the method of literature,interview,field investigation and case analysis,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the development of traditional sports in Enshi primary and middle schools under the threshold of "one school and one product".The results show that:(1)the national traditional sports of "one school and one product" in Enshi has a positive trend in the current situation,but its construction is not enough,and it lacks the development orientation and long-term persistence.(2)the scientific research ability of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Enshi area is deficient,and the school based curriculum development of traditional national sports and the theoretical support of "one school and one product" are insufficient.(3)the proportion of Ethnic Traditional Sports in the extracurricular activities of primary and secondary schools in Enshi is low.The students lack the organization and guidance in the activities and have not formed a good atmosphere of extracurricular activities and the core of campus culture.According to the results of the study,the following optimization strategies are proposed:(1)the state and the government give the policy inclination and financial support,and call on the attention of the social groups to ensure the normal development of the construction of "one school and one product" for the traditional sports in primary and middle schools;(2)make clear the position of the school,establish the evaluation index,build a new model of "one school and one product",and put it into practice to adapt to the new trend of the current school sports reform;(3)to improve the professional quality and special ability of PE teachers,to carry out excellent teachers' introduction plan and to hold regular teacher training to ensure the teachers' strength of "one school and one product" in traditional national sports;(4)compiling school-based teaching materials with high quality,realistic significance and school characteristics,so as to realize the local conditions of every school under the national standard;(5)create a good school environment,create a cultural core,establish a school brand,and highlight campus culture;(6)to build the carrier of activities,to promote the construction of regional sports by radiation,to ensure the continuous expansion and extension of the school in the construction of the traditional sports "one school and one product".
