As a high-level education in the higher education system,postgraduate education is an important stage for the country to train high-level and high-quality personnel.The strength of master's physique is directly related to the development of the country's science and technology,economic revitalization and social progress.However,the postgraduates have some special characteristics,such as large age span,different body qualities,heavy study and scientific research,and scattered exercise time,which objectively caused some difficulties to their physical exercises.With the rapid development of "Internet +",researchers have developed a new form of sports industry mode that integrates sports,smart phones and mobile Internet technologies-Sports App,which has now become the mainstream means of exercising independently.Keep as a sporty App,praised by the public.In this study,we use Keep to conduct fitness training for postgraduates to explore whether they can promote the effect of postgraduate training,and aim to improve the fitness effect of postgraduates.In this study,89 graduate students of Southeast University were randomly divided into 44 groups using non-keep and 45 with keep,using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,measurement and mathematical statistics.The non-keep group did not change the routine habits,Keep Use the group to keep exercise,the measurement period of 12 weeks.Before and after the measurement,the indicators of non-keep group and keep group were obtained and the questionnaire results were obtained respectively.Apply Microsoft Excel 2003 and SPSS 22.0 statistical software to organize and analyze all the data.Results:There was a significant difference(P<0.01)between the test results of body weight,BMI,grip strength of the right and female 1-m sit-ups,the female 800-meter race and the male 1000-(P<0.05).There was significant difference between male and female sitting forwards and sitting flexion test scores(P<0.05).The average strength of exercise in each exercise group before and after exercise was significantly changed.The average frequency of weekly physical exercise participation was 3 The percentage of people who had three or more times increased from 45.0%to 70.0%.There was a significant difference(P<0.01)between the groups of keep-using and keep-using scores in the eight dimensions of exercise attitude.Conclusion:The use of Keep has a varying degree of influence on the masters fitness and invisible fitness.(1)Obvious fitness effect:keep can obviously improve the body mass index of postgraduates,and can effectively improve the respiratory function of postgraduates.It is also obvious for its strength and quality(except for the left upper limb strength),flexibility and cardiopulmonary endurance The use of Keep can increase the time,intensity and frequency of exercise each exercise.(2)The effect of invisible exercise:The use of Keep has a significant impact on the masters degree of attitude training,the effect is as follows:behavioral control sense,subjective standard dimension,emotion experience dimension,behavior habit dimension,behavior intention dimension,behavior attitude Dimensions,Behavioral Cognitive Dimensions and Objective Attitude Dimensions.
