With the convening of the 19th National Congress,the integration of compulsory education in urban and rural areas has been promoted,the importance attached to compulsory education in rural areas has been given high priority,preschool,special and online education has been successfully run,and education at the upper secondary level has been made universal.On March 8,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping,while participating in the deliberations of the Shandong delegation,pointed out that the implementation of the strategy for rural renewal is a major decision and deployment made by the 19th National Congress of the Party,a major historical task for the final victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and a socialist modern country,and a major task for the people of the new era.In combination with various practical factors,China has made great efforts to develop rural education so that education is fair.The central government has already issued two documents on "layout adjustment" to regulate the process.This article holds the situation of rural boarding school development from macroscopically,shows its whole appearance as far as possible,affirms its achievement,analyzes the problem objectively,thus can provide certain reference value for the decision maker to make the basic standard of rural boarding school construction.The government vigorously promotes boarding schools in order to ensure that the rural primary and secondary schools carry out a smooth layout adjustment,through the integration of layout,so that the rural primary and secondary schools operating costs are reduced,and the efficiency of running schools is improved.It is a progressive process of education,which can improve the current shortage of education,optimize the resource allocation of education and improve the teaching quality.The government from the macroscopic perspective of the deployment of rural boarding school construction,from its starting point,this decision deployment is worthy of affirmation,however,blindly pursuing the interests of the economy,ignoring the quality of education this evaluation standard,it would be counterproductive.Therefore,the author believes that in the environment of the post-graduation and co-education,it is necessary to analyze some problems in the present school and put forward some suggestions according to the problems.The thesis consists of five parts.The introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,analyzes and elaborates the general situation about disconnection and correction at home and abroad,shows the main research ideas and ways and means,and discusses the main research contents and innovation points in this paper.The second chapter focuses on the definition and theoretical basis of the core concepts,and analyzes and generalizes the relevant concepts.The third chapter is the main part of this article,mainly from the microcosmic perspective to describe the withdrawal point of school times rural boarding school faced with the dilemma-taking Xiangtan County as an example.This chapter will be the basic situation of xiangtan county brocade schools to explain the withdrawal of the town and township school process and development,and explain the problems and reasons.Chapter four introduces the experience and enlightenment of the development of rural boarding schools abroad.Based on the third and fourth chapters,the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural boarding schools.
