Vocabulary card teaching is a traditional and effective teaching method.In recent years,multimedia teaching has received more and more attention.The vocabulary cards have a variety of game forms that allow students to have a lot of interaction with teachers.The use of multimedia and multi-technology can stimulate students’ interest in learning Chinese through pictures,words and sounds.Therefore,this article selects vocabulary cards and multimedia teaching as the research focus.This article mainly studies multimedia teaching from PPT courseware and song teaching methods.The author will study the students of the 3 classes(Regular class,Class that has a higher level in learning achievement,International class)of the third year in junior middle school of Horwang school.Students in regular classes use vocabulary cards to teach;students in Class that has a higher level in learning achievement use multimedia teaching;students in international classes use vocabulary cards and multimedia to combine teaching.Through pre-study score statistics,post-study score statistics and post-study satisfaction questionnaires,the advantages and disadvantages of these two teaching methods are analyzed which methods have more advantages in Chinese vocabulary teaching.This article is divided to five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research purpose,research summary,research methods and current situation of Chinese teaching in Horwang School.The second chapter introduces the situation of using vocabulary cards to assist vocabulary teaching in ordinary classes,including self-made card teaching and pre-study post-study test scores statistics and post-study the degree of satisfaction surveys;Chapter 3 describes the use of multimedia-assisted Chinese vocabulary teaching in Class that has a higher level in learning achievement,including PPT courseware,songs teaching and pre-study post-study test score statistics and post-study the degree of satisfaction surveys.The fourth chapter introduces the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods,and proposes suggestions for the problems.The international class combines the two methods to carry out vocabulary teaching process.It shows statistics on pre-study post-study test scores and satisfied with it after semester.The status of the survey is analyzed;Chapter 5 summarizes the results of this study.
