| Table tennis is an advantageous event of competitive sports in China,which strength is inseparable with the projects setting in China's traditional sports school.This thesis research purpose is to promote the development of traditional table tennis sports school in Hainan Province,and the research objects is the traditional table tennis sports schools in Hainan Province.The thesis is based on systems theory and training theory and adopted many different methods,such as literature consultation,interview method,fieldwork investigation,questionnaires and mathematical statistics method to investigate 17 coaches and 158 athletes in 10 schools.Though analyzing the whole survey of different schools,the situations of coaches and athletes,and their training situations,identifying the problems to be solved as the references to cultivate table tennis reserve talents.Above all,this thesis explores the countermeasures that are suitable for the sustainable development of the traditional table tennis sports schools in Hainan Province.The results show that:1.General overview: There are 10 traditional table tennis schools in Hainan Province,of which three out of five schools in the eastern and central regions,but only a fifth of the school's facilities can provide training.The training costs comes from school and students that cost 80%,there are 23.53% of schools which do not pay attention to training.2.The Situation of School Coach: The coach ratio is 1:9.5,there are only 3 schools meet the criteria;52.94 % aged 31-50,with a ratio of 7.5:1 for both sexes;The proportion of undergraduate degrees is 47.4%,and 41.18% of intermediate titles;58.8 % having teaching experience for 4 to 6 years,and 47.06 % of them have taught at sports colleges and universities;88% of those who has attended job training,but they gave a low level of satisfaction for the training before working.3.Athletes: 58.86% of high school students and 30.4% of girls;The fast break combined with the arc type is 8%;The motivation includes personal development,environmental impact and interests;In the 3-5 games,47% of the games,39.87% of the provincial and above competitions,65.19% of the school fees,and 8.23% of the corporate sponsorship.Serious study of the athletes accounted for 14.56%,the performance outstanding accounted for 4.43%,unqualified for 42.41%.4.Training: 5.4% of the materials selected according to the comprehensive index;14.3 per cent of the target to be sent to the superior;According to the training objective,58.82% of the plan was made,and only 11.8% of the training plan was adopted.The method of continuous and transformation training accounted for 70.59% and 58.82% respectively,and the competition and circulation training method accounted for 11.76% and 5.88% respectively.73.41% were trained more than three times a week,75.95% were trained for more than 90 minutes,and 8.9% were trained in winter and summer vacation.Weekly physical and tactical training is below 1,and weekly technical training is 4-5 times.Conclusions:1.Schools are beginning to take shape,but their distribution is uneven,and their hardware and software facilities need to be increased.2.The number of school coaches is sufficient and the quality of the coaches should be improved.3.School athletes are basically in good condition,but the contradiction between learning and training is outstanding.4.The training of the school needs to be further scientific.The Response of Development:1.Governments should expand the size of schools and strengthen their construction and sup ervision.2.Schools should strengthen the construction of coaches and improve their teaching ability.3.Schools should attach importance to the all-round development of athletes,alleviating the contradiction of "learning and training".4.Coaches should keep learning and innovating to improve the scientific degree of training. |
