| In today’s society,with the increasing attention to education,the problem of allocation of education resources is getting more and more attention.The obligation education as the starting point for teenagers to accept education has been paid more and more attention.School sports as an important content of compulsory education,the rational allocation of resources is to ensure that the school sports work to carry out the premise and the foundation,but also the fundamental measure to realize sports education fair.As a component of the development of physical education,the resources of school physical education teachers will affect the realization of education.At present,due to economic conditions,policy,culture and other factors,lead to physical education teacher resources allocation between regions,between urban and rural areas,between schools appear unreasonable phenomenon,which affects the realization of education fairness.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to solve the problem of rational allocation of physical education teachers to promote education fairness.In this paper,H area compulsory education stage to study the physical education teacher resources allocation,using the literature material method,field survey method,the Delphi expert consulting method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis and other methods,selection of H area junior middle school,elementary school as a case study,contrast analysis was carried out on the large and small schools,analyzing current H area compulsory education in school physical education teacher resources allocation unreasonable phenomenon,the research summary H area compulsory education stage of school physical education teacher resources allocation problems,and puts forward relevant solving measures,provide H district government and the department of education policy,the reasonable configuration,the theoretical basis of the physical education teacher resources to promote the realization of school physical education fair. |
