From The Perspective Of Education Fairness Teacher Resources Allocation Of Compulsory Education Research

Education as a modern government to provide public products, is an importantindication of social equity, education resources as the important content of educationalactivities, is the important guarantee of education quality. Compulsory education as theimportant component of the balanced development of education, the allocation ofeducational resources, as a result of the area difference, distribution of population,economy, policy and other factors, between regions, between urban and rural school,are not balanced configuration, thereby affecting the education fairness and socialfairness, have attracted great attention of the whole society. So the current socialbackground, through the optimization of the allocation of compulsory educationresources to solve the problems of fair education highlights the urgency and practicalsignificance.The research object of this paper is the teacher resources allocation of compulsoryeducation in Sichuan Province, by choosing Yibin city as a case study, the teacherresources allocation of compulsory education in city country, regional, interscholasticdisequilibrium situation analysis, to clarify the current compulsory education teacherresource configuration problem, the embodiment of the education equity is discussed,and the analysis of the causes and explore the problems, from the perspective ofeducation fairness of rural education resources allocation optimization mechanism, forfair education and balanced development of education offers the choice of path.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part mainly introduces the researchbackground, current situation, significance, methods and key concepts.
