With the increasing demand for skilled and compound talents in society,The institutions of higher learning,research institutes,large enterprises,government departments,and other institutions integrating the advantages of superior resources to participate in postgraduates' cooperative education have received attention from the education sector and even the society.The quality of the collaborative training of graduate students is the focus of attention of the people of all walks of life.In the process of accelerating and deepening reform and deepening of graduate education,and exploring the diversity of educational forms,we explore the quality of postgraduate education under the collaborative education of multiple enterprises.It is not only an important way to comprehensively improve the quality of graduate training,but also an important breakthrough in the effort to break through the isolated institutional barriers in China's scientific research system,promote collaborative innovation,and accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the process of building an innovative country in China.The purpose of this paper is to understand the role of each body in the process of postgraduate training through analyzing the mechanism of collaborative education,from the perspective of four party collaborative education,according to the characteristics of the various subjects,we find out the factors affecting the training of university graduate students and design the evaluation index.The factor analysis method is used to find the main factor of the primary selection index by factor rotation,and the final evaluation index is selected according to the principle of index design.In this way,the quality evaluation index system of college graduate students under cooperative education is constructed.Finally,the DEAMalmquist evaluation method is selected to evaluate the quality of graduate training.Through the empirical study of the 2010-2017 year data of H University,the effectiveness of the evaluation model is proved and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of the graduate student training under the cooperative education of H University.
