The problem we are trying to solve in this paper is after the intervention in the form of the "Parent-child dental care program" a)Can parents improve their protection concept about the children's temporary tooth?b)Can parents develop the effective brushing habits?c)Can parents develop the behavioral habits that help children brush their teeth effectively?Then discuss the challenges that parents and children may encounter when the develop the oral health habits.The approach we adopt to solve the problem is Single Case Multiple Baseline Design.24 parents with their children went to participate this program.Finally,20 pairs divided into 3 groups took part in "Parent-child dental care program" and finished the "30-day punch-out plan" by three groups of parentsThe results obtained in this research include a)The 20 parents participating in the project had also become more comprehensive and correct in the concept of children's deciduous teeth protection.They thought about the dentist more rationally.Parents basically mastered the method of effective brushing and the method to help children effectively brush their teeth.They began to focus on and continue to cultivate their children's good oral hygiene habits,including brushing teeth at least twice a day,using dental floss once a day,and insisting on helping their children to brush their teeth and use floss every day before going to bed.The challenge met by parents in cultivating oral health literacy is the internal driving force of themselves.The challenges met by parents in helping their children develop oral health literacy are the schedule and the division of labor within the family.The impacts of our obtained results is that enriched the field of social work practice,focused attention on the field of children's oral health,paid attention to human health topics from the early stage of life,and provided more professional services for the better growth and development of life.
