As an administrator of a primary middle school in rural area,it is necessary to understand the current status and affected factors of teachers from primary middle school in rural area,so as to adopt corresponding strategies to keep them growing fast.This thesis focuses on three critical issues: What is the current status of teaching reflection of rural area primary middle school teachers? What are the factors that affect the teaching reflection of them? How to improve the skills of teaching reflection accordingly?For the three issues,this thesis first conducted a questionnaire based on a literature research.From which,this thesis figures out the current teaching reflection status and corresponding contributory factors for rural area primary middle school teachers in D District of Yancheng.Secondly,the thesis provides an interview outline on top of the data analysis: “Interview with reflection on the teaching syllabus”(for administrators and teachers ?respectively)Through sampling,it selected 11 administrators and 10 representative teachers from 7 schools,and arrives at the following conclusions.The teaching reflection skills of primary middle school teachers in rural area are overall with high level,but internal structure unbalanced;certain difference always exists among different individuals;indicating there exists strong association between them,Especially,external factors have stronger association.Based on aforementioned conclusion,this thesis proposed two suggestions to improve the teaching reflection skills of primary middle school teachers in rural area: 1).To establish and improve assessment system—To adopt the strategy that evaluates teachers majorly by students;change current policy in assessment and promotion;increase teaching and research funds,lead teachers in seminars to create a seminar atmosphere;introducing peer-pressure to stimulate teachers' reflection;2).cultural guide: through the development of various activities and the establishment of atmosphere,teachers can keep pace with the development of society,constantly updating education and teaching philosophy,and constantly improving the level of teaching reflection so as to improve the level of education,and grow up together with students.
