The Ordinary Senior High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)(simplified as OSHSBCS)aims to cultivate students’ professional qualities of biology,creative spirit and the idea of lifelong learning,which requires students to actively participate in learning and promotes comprehensive use of their hands and brain.However,due to the inaccuracy implementation of OSHSBCS in biology teaching,the majority of teachers are not capable of stimulating and maintaining students’ interest in learning,which is not beneficial to improve the effect of education and teaching and even hinders the long-term development of students.Sukhomlinsky mentioned the teaching scenario of genius biology teachers in the book Recommendations for Teachers.He believes that the talented biology teachers advocate interest teaching.They usually are able to arouse the teaching interest by setting up certain teaching situations,carrying out the practical teaching.Besides,they emphasize the importance of self-examination,lifelong self-improvement,resulting in the enrichment of themselves.The paper introduces Suhomlinski’s "genius biology teacher" idea into teaching and combines it with OSHSBCS to do research on teaching design and analysis to improve students’ interest,enhance the effectiveness of biological teaching,and reach the goal of the biological cultivation of the core discipline of biology in the OSHSBCS.This dissertation adopts literature research method,interview method and statistic evaluation method to research biology teaching design based on Suhommsky’s idea of "genius biology teacher".Chapter 1,introduces Suhomlinski’s life and his basic educational thoughts.The literature sums up Suhomlinski’s teacher theory,focuses on the study of Suhomlinski’s idea of "genius biology teacher",and analyzes the teaching design of biology.As a result,the theoty applying Suhomlinski’s idea of "genius biology teacher" in biology teaching is put forward.Chapter 2,combining with the background of the formation and development of Sukhomlinski’s educational thought,expounds and enriches the theory of "genius biology teacher",and defines the educational significance of this idea.Chapter 3,based on the OSHSBCS,takes Suhomlinski’s idea of "genius biology teacher" as the guiding ideology to formulate biology instructional design process.Chapter 4,relying on Suhomlinski’s teaching design process of the idae of "genius biology teacher",applies Suhommsky’s "genius biology teacher" idea to high schoolbiology teaching design cases,and writes teaching designation of new classes,review classes,experiment classes and activity classes.Chapter 5,evaluates teaching designation cases and classroom teaching effectiveness from three perspectives: the author herself,other teachers,and the students.The evaluation results is analyzed and the end of this chapter conludes that Suhomlinski’s teaching design case of the "genius biology teacher" idea is feasible and the implementation of the case can effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning,thereby improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching,and achieving the cultivation of students’ professional qualities of biology.Chapter 6,summarizes the research conclusion: Sukhomlinski’s idea of "genius biology teacher" is an effective guidance in biology interest teaching in middle schools.This philosophy-directed biological instructional design process can provide reference for teachers to formulate instructional design.This idea enriches the OSHSBCS and promotes students to develop the professional qualities of biology.
