With the continuous deepening of education informatization,the demand of digital learning resources which are rich and can be effectively applied is becoming more and more high.The digital learning resources become an important part to support education informatization.Especially in recent years the development of digital learning,blended learning,makes the rapid growth of digital learning resources demand rate.At present the construction of digital learning resources have been gradually mature,resource type and the quantity is relatively abundant,but the quality of the resources and the actual utility ratio is not high,how to make resource construction serve the teachingbetter,reduce the blindness of resource construction is the focus of digital learning resources research.Flash animation as an important digital learning resource.,has a strong artistic expression,can realize the interaction,easy to network transmission,can make full use of sounds,pictures,and other media to expression and spread information,bring audience a variety of visual,auditory sensory stimulation,improve the audience's ability to accept and understand the information,is a kind of typical multimedia learning resources.Children's website is one of the main carriers of the Flash animation,but the distribution andthe number ofFlash animation resources in children's web sites is din't know,makes the construction of Flash animation learning resources with blindness,lead to the distribution of Flash animationis extreme imbalance.Existing research shows that the content structure of the Flash animation is one of the influence factors of affect children's multimedia learning effect,extraction and research the content structure of Flash on the children'swebsite can help to analysis different Flash animation content structure's effect on learning,and put forward how develop and producttheFlashwhich used for children multimedia learning.This paper mainly done the following work: Firstly,it selected eligible children website as torrent websites,based on the principles of search technology and the analysis of content and structure characteristics of children's website.Using C + + programming language and breadth first search strategy,it developed Flash web searchprograms and Flash download programs that are used to download more than 50000 Flash animationfrom 103 children's website,in order to study the characteristics and the application effect of teaching of Flash animation learning resource in children's web sites.Secondly,this paper analyzed the number,distribution and content structure of Flash animation from different types of children's websites.Thirdly,itestablishes the Flash animation retrieval system in children's website based on content structure.Fourthly,this paper investigated the students' learning effect by questionnaire survey and interview method,and analyzed the learning effect and the influence factors of the Flash animation that have different content structure.According to the above research,this paper came to the following conclusion and proposedsuggestions ofFlash animation learning resources development and makingfor children multimedia learning.(1)In terms of quantity distribution,Flash animation is rich in quantity,but the subject distribution is very uneven.The number of Flash animations in Chinese,Music,English and Game is more than Math andScience.(2)In terms of content structure,the Flash animation in children's website is more used to draw shape class elements.Most Flash animations contain text and audio.Flash animation has simple interactivity,the animation effect is relatively weak,and the movement effect is the least dynamic effect,the color change and the deformation effect are the most dynamic effects.(3)In terms of learning effect,the most influential aspect of Flash animation content structure is the composition element and file attributes.In terms of specific indicators,Flash animation's image definition,background music and interface ratio can most affect children's Flash animation learning effect.
