Research On The Management Of Undergraduate Students In China's Multi-campus University

With the continuous progress of the society and the continuous development of higher education in China,the University of multi-campus has become a more common existence.Multi-campus universities have expanded the scale of universities and colleges,and promoted the overall level of universities.However,compared to single campus universities,the multi-campus universities are more comprehensive,but have great complexity in management.Compared with some developed countries rich experience of running multi-campus colleges and universities,the development of the multi-campus universities of our country in a relatively short time,although have undergraduate management system and process,but in the management process there are still some problems,so to solve the problems of multi-campus management,this is a very arduous and complex task.The management system of multi-campus universities is only considered from the perspective of the school itself,and is not based on the student's perspective.The effect of management is also seriously affected.Therefore,this paper takes Jilin University as an example,from the five aspects of resource allocation,management system,management factors,cultural exchanges and in-depth understanding of the impact of the undergraduate students of Jilin University undergraduate management on the students and the reasons,in order to enhance the management of multi-campus Jilin University and suggestions.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,this part of the topic and significance of the paper,and the related literature at home and abroad on the multi-campus university management are summarized and discussed in this paper the significance of theory and practice,and points out the innovation and deficiency;in the second part,the basic content of the author themulti-campus university undergraduate management.This paper mainly explains the overview of formation,the multi-campus universities characteristics,the characteristics of the students,undergraduate management and the necessity of undergraduate management;the third part,according to the data obtained from the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the status of Jilin University as a multi-campus university in management.Jilin University,as a multi-campus university,has achieved satisfactory results in the management,but at the same time,many problems in management also appear from the questionnaire.The author analyzes and discusses the current situation of Jilin University undergraduate management,and analyzed the causes for the problems existed in the management from the five aspects of resource allocation,management system,management factors,cultural exchanges as well as undergraduates of specific analysis;the fourth part is the last part of the article,in the management of the Jilin University correspondence the problem,from the five aspects of resource allocation,management system,management factors,cultural exchange and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of undergraduates.This paper summarizes the advantages of Jilin University in management,and analyzes the problems existing in the questionnaire,and puts forward specific and feasible countermeasures,so as to provide reference for Jilin University in multi campus management.The results of management research in Jilin University play an important role in China's higher education,hoping to provide an effective reference for other multi campus universities,which is of great significance for the development of undergraduate management in multi campus universities.
