A Research Of Multi-Campus Management In Higher Education University

The national higher education has started expanding enrollment of higher education students since 1999 winning a rapid development, many universities adapt to meet the requirements of enrollment expansion by enlarging or constructing new campus, which leads to a number of multi-campus university. Together with some colleges and universities forming the new larger universities, multi-campus university has become a major feature of higher education. How the multi-campus University can improve management efficiency orientation and achieve effective management by rational allocation of educational resources, the construction of campus culture and campus functional orientation has become an important issue for higher education at present in China.In this paper, Zunyi Medical College as the research object, analyzing its multi-campus present management is to identify the problems in management, then recommend countermeasures to solve: Through selection of the appropriate mode of management, active expansion of the financing channels and construction of digital campus, etc. to make reasonable allocation of educational resources; Through strengthening communication between new and old campuses, the integration of innovational and traditional spirit to build a healthy campus culture; To improve management efficiency by means of appropriate campus orientation, making reasonable campus plans, reforming the management system, and improving the operation mechanism. This paper is with guidance sense for strengthening of multi-campus management of Zunyi Medical College and achievement of multi-campus coordinated development.
