A Study On The Management Of Outburst Events In Multi-Campus University

The multi-campus university is the fruit of high education reform. Its emergence brings a series of new problems in high educational managements, especially all kinds of outburst events and the way to solve the problems exerts much influence on the consolidation and development of these college and universities. Because of all kinds of unique keys in multi-sites university, high schools are facing a lot of challenges on the emergency management of outburst events.Firstly, this paper introduces the definition, types and characters of the outburst events happened in high schools. With the help of 4R crisis management theory, the author explains the necessary and feasibility of strengthen the management of outburst events in campus in order to seek effective ways to reply them. Secondly, give a conclusion of Chinese multi-campus universities'development status, give an analysis of the causes of the increasing of outburst events and the disadvantages in the dealing process. At the same time, by using for reference of foreign countries'practice, briefly analyses the effective ways to answer outburst events in order to provide virtual help for our colleges. At last ,this paper take B campus of Y university as an example (a multi-campus university),explain its representational role and disadvantages in dealing with outburst events, then the author point out the principle which should be insisted and several measurements, for example ,set down emergency prediction, enhance the crisis consciousness of teachers and students', reinforce the management of substance, especially focus on their exertion of the responsibility feeling , improve their self-management and full participation ,think much of the function of the society ,government and the community ,thereby to keep the stabilization and harmonious of the multi-campus university.
